All around great place! Fully equipped, spacious, homey, clean! Brand new hot tub was a huge hit and we enjoyed numerous fires in the fire pit. Short drive into town. Owner Nicole was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to questions. Would definitely book this house again!
My family and friends traveled to windham mountain to enjoy some skiing and snow tubing. Nicole’s house was not only updated, clean, spacious and beautiful, it was 2 mins to the mountain!!! Having little kids this was HUGE!!! We had 6 kids 6 adults and the space was more than enough for us. The kids really enjoyed having the bunk room to play and entertain themselves. We even enjoyed playing in the snow on the very large property. More than enough space with bathrooms for each family!!! We had a blast and can not wait to return. Nicole was so helpful and made everything easy. Thank you NIcole!!!!!
We had an amazing time at windham. The house was immaculate, especially the kitchen. We were very comfortable in the house.

About the host
Hosted by Nicole Newcomb
I built this house at the end of 2018 as a place that my family can come to remember our roots. The land has been in my family for over 50 years. I am happy to share this special place with friends, family and respectful renters during ski season, gorgeous fall foliage trips and relaxing Summer get-aways. Please feel free to contact me to learn more about Windham and this special home.
Why they chose this property
My grandmother Evelyn Newcomb lived here and raised her family. She loved to feed the deer apples from the apple tree. She left the property to my father. The old house was damaged during Hurricane Irene in 2011 and had to be torn down. The stone wall on the left side of the property was built from the old foundation of that house. There is a creek at the backside of the property and lots of space to run around. There's even a 1950 Ford Tractor that still runs and my Great Uncle Junior still rides!
