Great condo in Elk Rapids! So close to the beach!!

I stayed here during the off-season (mid November) to visit family in the area. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities one would need for a great visit. On top of that, it's right across the street from the bay and a great beach. Looking forward to coming back in the summer for a proper vacation stay!

The location of the property cannot be beat!! Literally across a quiet neighborhood street from an awesome beach with nothing between you and the Lake!! AMAZING SUNSETS!! Also an awesome heated pool on site for those lazy afternoons. The owners living at the property take great pride in keeping up the property itself. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the sofa sleeper otherwise LOVED IT!!

Very relaxing

We loved the laid back atmospheres and location of this condo. It was the perfect place to sit and relax in the beach and the pool was warm and very nice. Downtown Elk Rapids was a moderate walk and the brewery was about a 5-minutes walk. It was a short drive to o there restaurants and wineries. We would definitely stay here again!

Great time

The location is lovely. Condo was super clean and cozy. The pull out couch in the bedroom is awful though. Luckily the front room also has a pull out but don't plan on using the back room. Hopefully it will be replaced asap. I had an issue with the coffee maker and the property manager took care of it within hours. I would definitely come back!

Another fabulous "up north" getaway

My amazing fiance booked this sweet weekend away for us to celebrate my recovery from breast cancer surgery and treatment this summer(I am doing very well :). It was a blessing and a gift to have a couple's only away from our six children. Usually, I help with the booking(find it, approve it, etc) but he hit a HOME RUN with this wonderfully spacious and comfortable condo. The location is just moments from "downtown" Elk Rapids, which in itself is yet another quaint but smallish town lined with boats, waterways and plenty of nature to enjoy. It is in perfect location-you literally walk across a road(two lane, NOT busy) to a shallow but beautiful little beach directly in front of the condo. There is a pool which we never used but it was clean and busy with families and children. You are in a great spot, away from the tourist busy-ness of Traverse City, but able to drive in any direction for more sightseeing, walking, dining and exploring. The condo was spotless(a requirement for me, always) and had all of the amenities you could want. Very spacious, very comfortable king-sized bed, huge tub and double headed shower. These extras go a long way when you are relaxing and recuperating from life's chaos. We felt safe(covid) and comfortable during our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. In fact, we plan to return with all of our kids, and their kids. It gets five stars plus for cleanliness, comfort, location. Thank you for giving us a wonderful weekend to unwind and enjoy each other! :)
