Great place to get away, beach is 100’ away, has a pool, and Short’s is right across the street! Just a great location and the right size for our family of 4. Will plan to stay again.

Great Location and Space!

This was a great space with everything we needed. We were able to enjoy sunsets each night from our room, walked across the street and enjoyed a bon fire on the beach and we were in walking distance of charming Downtown Elk Rapids as well as Shorts.

Beautiful location in Elk Rapids

Our family stayed for a few days and had a great time. Beautiful view of the bay and sunset that can be seen even from the couch in the living room! Condo was well equipped with what we needed for our stay. The pool was an added bonus for our small children in addition to the beach right across the street. It was also a short walk downtown for us and to Shorts. Would definitely stay again!

It was perfect. We went up for a winter weekend get away, the condo was very clean and updated. All the dishes, appliances, towel and supplies they offered were like new. Condo is a great location, we went to Charlevoix and Boyne City for the day. We even made it to Boyne Mountain to Samuel Adams ski show. Elk Rapids had some nice restaurants we spent time at. The view from our condo was amazing, looks out over East Bay. I can only imagine how spectacular this is in the summer. We really enjoyed our stay. 😊

We have stayed in this condo for several years, for Fall Color Tour We love the location, this year saw a perfect sunset Our only hesitation now is we are getting older and it is more difficult to climb those stairs carrying luggage May need to consider first floor again. Thanks though for considering everything needed in this condo, we love it!

Amazing Anniversary Get Away Oct 13-16

We love Elk Rapids and we love Elk Rapids Condos location and amazing view. After staying here many times, this is our favorite. It made our 26th anniversary that much more special. The weather was hit or miss, but definitely not a wash out. We enjoyed walking through the Village for shopping and drinks and the fabulous views. The Fall colors were almost at their peak and breathtaking throughout the area. For a great a meal and drink experience we recommend Pearl's New Orleans Kitchen, Cellar 152, and McGee's 72. For great subs and pizza, Jac's Parlor.

2nd stay at this condo

This was our second year staying here during August. We had a wonderful stay! I can’t say enough good things about the location. Having two young kids it was extremely convenient having direct access to both the beach and pool! The condo was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. The sunsets are incredible, the neighbors are so friendly, and there is so much to do within walking distance. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Convenient, wonderful space

I don't want to leave a review because then the secret will be out! I loved this place so much that I have already booked for next year. We have friends that live in Elk Rapids in the summer and I have stayed at 3 other places and have been satisfied but this place has it all - convenience to our friends, wineries, and our favorite Pearl's, pool, beach, not to mention the fabulous sunsets I can watch from the couch. I know my family will love it when we visit next year!

Perfect spot in Elk Rapids

Took my four girls on a late Fall get-away. Elk Rapids did not disappoint. This Condo has beautiful views and easy access to the beach across a not-so-busy road. The interior set up was perfect for us. My girls slept in the bedroom with two queen beds and an adjoining bath. I slept on the pull out ‘chair and a half’ in the main room and got to have some alone time at night. There is another full bath off of the main living room which was very nice. The queen sofa sleeper had an air mattress inside, but seemed like too much work for just me. Probably would’ve been nice though. It was small but nicely redone and perfect for our particular group!

Great beach & sunset view.

My husband and I rent this adorable condo for our weekend stay to explore the surrounding areas. This condo was great. My only question was why the unit is not equipped with a washer dryer unit. For a longer stay this would be nice. Also there was no ice in the freezer nor any trays to make ice. We enjoyed our stay and had a great dinner at Pearls. Thank you

Wonderful family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this condo as a last trip of the summer before school started. The condo was very clean and very well stocked. The location is amazing. The views of grand traverse bay are incredible. We LOVED the beach across the street and the kids loved having the pool to use as well. We walked to Shorts several times and it was very conveniently located to downtown Elk Rapids. We can't wait to come back!

Awesome stay!

We had an awesome time. We love renting these condos. Your condo was beautiful!! We loved your neighbor who is a permanent resident next door. The only issue we had this year was a grouchy renter under us on the main floor. He complained a lot and we determined that he should have rented a stand alone house with out other people around! Other than that, we had a great week. The only suggestion I have is that you put a broom and dust pan in the closet for sweeping the sand.

All you need is love & a sunset

This property was beautifully decorated & was the perfect spot for our visit. The view of the sunsets over the water were just what I was looking for when I booked our trip. We also loved the layout of the condo. We plan on coming back.
