About this property

Detached house renovated in 2022, beach at the end of the street!

Independent and semi-detached holiday home 200 meters from the sea, in Larvor, in the town of Loctudy, fishing port of Finistère Sud.
The house is located between the last hold of Larvor and the white sand beach of Lesconil, 300 meters.
The location will allow you to take full advantage of the sea, between fishing on one side and the sandy beach on the other.
It is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), a kitchen open to a living / dining room.
There is also another independent TV lounge, which allows children to have their own living room!
A south-facing terrace, equipped with an electric blind. A large garden of 1000 m² with trees and fully enclosed, in a quiet area.
The house is off the road, at the end of a path, which is very safe for children.
The equipment of the house is numerous:
Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 TVs, DVD player, children's DVD, wifi internet, barbecue, deckchairs.
There are 4 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes available for you to ride on the coast or in Lesconil, a charming little fishing port nearby, 15 minutes by bike.
Children will find their happiness in the toys and books at their disposal.
The cleaning of the house is included in the price.
If you wish, we can provide you with the sheets (10 euros per bed).

Ein wundervolles Haus in einer tollen Lage. Der Garten ist schön und lädt auch abseits des Strandes dazu ein draußen zu sein. Alles war sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet.Besonders die Küche mit wunderschönem Geschirr und alles was man benötigt. Wir haben viel gemeinsam gekocht, weil es einfach so gut eingerichtet war. Das Fahrräder vorhanden sind ist ein großes plus, so blieb das Auto meistens stehen. Unsere Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr hilfreich. Wir freuen uns, wenn wir wieder kommen dürfen.Ganz herzliche Grüße aus Deutschland

Nous avons passé un week end en famille sur 3 nuits, uniquement des adultes. Tout le monde a été ravi.Le logement est fidèle aux photos. Il vraiment très propre (bravo à la personne qui fait le ménage). Les literies sont très bonnes. La déco est magnifique et très cozy. Il est fonctionnel. La cuisine est vraiment bien équipée ce qui est pratique quand on cuisine. Magnifique terrasse et jardin. ombre et soleil possibles.Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent week end avec en plus un superbe soleil. Maison parfaite près de la plage dans um grand jardin

Il ne manque rien dans la maison. Il y a tous ce qu‘il faut. Propriétaire tres gentille et agréable. Communication sans problème. Rien à dire. Je le recommends à 100%. Maison bien êquipée, bien décorée et très acceuillante. La plage proche ou on peut marcher jusqu‘au bout.

Nous avons passé un week-end en famille 6 adultes et 3 enfants. Un super séjour, la maison est très agréable fonctionnelle et tres bien décoré. La plage à proximité c'est super. Le petit plus ayant eu un temps gris est le poele nous n'avons pas eu froid. Nous avons fait une balade avec les vélos mis à disposition. Je recommande se logement Nous y retournerons c'est sûr

Que dire... Tiphaine est à l'image de sa maison : chaleureuse et bienveillante. La maison est merveilleuse, idéale pour y recevoir une famille. La localisation fantastique, allez dès le reveil marcher en bord de mer avec son compagnon a 4 pattes c'est tellement reposant. Je recommande a 200%. Merci à Tiphaine.
