Located between Bedonet and Quimper, this villa is ideally located in the nice and small harbour of Sainte-Marine, with direct access to the nice and large beach of Kermor, facing a coastal path. Exceptional view of the sea and the ocean overlooking the bay, from all the rooms of this bright and luminous house.
Large living area, a terrace and a large garden with a lawn.
This villa has been built in the 80's and renovated in 2010 to offer nice amenities.
It is located in the nice and small harbour of Sainte-Marine, between Bedonet, the Odet and Quimper.
5 min from the house, you will find the animations of the harbour of Sainte-Marine, its restaurants, creperies, and bars with lively terraces.
Here, everything is about nautical sports and beach leisure activities: relaxation, surfing, sailing, scuba-diving, fishing...
Magnificent coastal paths and walks between the sea and the woods will offer a very diverse panorama.
During summer, there are plenty of activities.

Sehr schöne Lage und Garten!Wohn/ Ess und Schlafbereich im Erdgeschoss sind schön.Küche und Bad im Erdgeschoss sind nicht mehr ganz auf der Höhe der Zeit.Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber!

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite en famille (deux adultes, deux adolescents) dans cette maison idéalement située. Vues superbes de la maison, merveilleuse plage et superbe sentier directement accessibles du jardin, commerces, activités et restaurants de Port-Marine à deux pas, etc. Maison très reposante, literie parfaite. Accueil chaleureux et précis d'Anne qui fournit de nombreuses indications sur les visites de la région, les commerces ainsi que de délicieux gâteaux maison.

Wunder-wunderschön!!! Die einzigartige Lage und ein komfortables Wohnen macht dieses Haus zu einem absoluten Dream-Place. Die Beschreibung ist nicht übertrieben - es war ein Traum!!! ...... und wir kommen wieder!!

Quite frankly: We already have been to a few places and normally do not take the time to actually write a review, but this place is actually something special. The pictures can't grasp the fantastic location of this place overlooking the entire beach. The house is fully equipped and very nicely decorated. You'll find that practically every room has a view of the sea and you'll be able to see and hear the sea from the moment you open your eyes in the morning until you go to bed. Both Anne and Bruno are extremely nice and helpful and have provided great guidance to places and shopping facilities. You'll find great restaurants in the small harbor of Sainte Marine just as well as pretty awesome buckwheat baguette in the local boulangerie. So in sum: We have never travelled to the same place twice before, but for this one we might make an exeption of the rule...Thanks.

Aufwachen, die Wellen und die Möwen hören, das Meer riechen und sehen und schon hat man ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und ist glücklich. Das Haus vermittelt zusätzlich eine Leichtigkeit, die in Summe dazu führt, dass der Urlaub sich anfühlt wie Ferien als Kind: unbeschwert und entspannt. Es öffnet sich überall zum Meer, hat eine tolle Mischung von Modernität und Design und bleibt dabei lässig zum Wohlfühlen mit Charakter, weil es eben gerade nicht ganz perfekt durchgestylt ist und mit den üblichen Designerküchen und -bädern. Für alle, die wirklich direkt am Strand sein wollen und trotzdem privat, the perfect place.

Comme une impression de paradis au bord de mer

Avec des potes nous voulions passer des vacances au bord de mer pour pecher! On a ete servi dans ce lieu absolument magique. On a pris notre plein d iode, nos femmes se sont baignées tous les jours, et oui même en période de Noël ! Nous prenions notre bateau a pied de la maison. Bref c est juste un rêve. Trouver un lieu comme ça en Bretagne ça n existe que la . Sans compter les fêtes et les bons fruits de mer dégustes au port ou a la maison de la plage: du frais et du bon. Sans doute notre meilleur souvenir de vacances en hiver se trouve a cet endroit .

un sejour au top !!!!!

Super ! Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse dans ce lieu hors du commun. Les enfants etaient ravis de faire de la pêche a pieds.....nous allions faire des balades le long de la plage et nous allions a 10 mn a pied deguster crêpes et fruits de mer au petit port de sainte marine. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la luminosite de toutes les pieces qui avaient vue mer . Nous reservons déjà pour l annee prochaine dans ce lieux magique !!!!!!

Super Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig - direkter Ausblick und Zugang auf einen unverbauten Strand. Herrlich! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt mit einer großen Terrasse und das dazu gehörende Grundstück ist sehr groß. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden dieses Haus gerne jederzeit nochmal buchen.
