TI Tevenn, Maison Avec Piscine à 300 m des Plages et des Commerces

TI TEVENN - bright new house with swimming pool 300 metres from the beaches, shops and restaurants of Beg-Meil, 2 steps from the GR34.

The accommodation:

House of 110 m² that can accommodate up to 8 people located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The ground floor is composed of a fitted kitchen open to the living room and the living room, a master bedroom with a 180*200 cm bed, TV, a shower room and a dressing room. WIFI

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms equipped with 180*200cm beds with dressing room, a large shower room.

Linen provided (sheets, towels and tea towel), bed not made on arrival.
On request, travel cot and high chair.

The 400 m² garden with 6*3 metre swimming pool, heated to 26-28°C, protected by its electric shutter. Available from April 15th to October 1st.
A south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy optimal sunshine. Garden furniture, sunbeds and gas barbecue are available.

A small animal is allowed but the garden is not totally enclosed (please contact me before booking).

A garage will allow you to store your bikes, your stroller or other. It is also composed of a laundry area with sink, washing machine/dryer and wardrobe.

Admission from 5 p.m.
Check-out until 10 a.m.
Arrive independently.

Out of respect for the place and the neighbourhood, parties are forbidden at home.

Possibility to rent the house for professional events such as wellness courses.

We welcome you to the Breton Riviera for your holidays in Beg-Meil, less than 5 minutes walk from the fine sandy beaches and small coves with turquoise waters.

In the centre of Beg-Meil there are shops, restaurants, bars and a bakery. A merry-go-round for the little ones is set up from June to September.

Hiking trails (GR34) and cycle paths (bike rental shop).

Tennis courts 300m away.

Water activities paddle rental, diving...

300m from the house, sea transport to the walled city of Concarneau and the Glénan Islands (in season)

Herbstferien im südlichen Finistere!Das neue Haus liegt sehr günstig, um das südliche Finistere und die Halbinsel Sizun zu entdecken. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Online-Präsentation entsprach genau der Realität. Kommunikation mit Maureen, der Gastgeberin, funktionierte problemlos - wie haben alle wichtigen Informationen zeitnah bekommen und konnten sie jederzeit kontaktieren.Das Haus liegt in in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und Bäcker, Brasserie und Cafes sind fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nebensaison sind die Öffnungszeiten jedoch anders als in der Hauptsaison. Man kann Spaziergänge am Wasser oder Radtouren unternehmen. Der Strand mit Mole in Beg Meil war im Oktober sehr ruhig und ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar (15min). Ein Besuch der Ciderie Menez-Brug ist auf jeden Fall lohnenswert. Städte wie Quimper und Concarneau sind in ca. 30min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Point du Raz in etwa 60min. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im im Haus sehr genossen - Betten, Badezimmer, Küche und Einrichtung gaben keinerlei Anlass zur Kritik. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Wer mit einem elektrischen Auto anreist, sollte sich die Lademöglichkeiten vorher anschauen, denn das Haus selbst hat keine Lademöglichkeit. Schnelllader gibt es in Quimper oder Concarneau - Meg Meil selbst hat keine Ladestationen. War für uns aber kein Problem. Fünf von fünf Sternen.

Un weekend entre cousins

La maison est absolument magnifique, décorée avec goût et très fonctionnelle. Très bien placé à proximité de plage, de sentier côtier et de super restaurant. Nous avons passé un super weekend entre cousins. Je recommande les yeux fermé. Merci beaucoup à Maureen qui est une super hôte. Au plaisir de revenir passer un séjour chez vous.
