Casa Maria will welcome you in the apartment of a granite house, built in 1813 by the family and renovated again this year.
In a cozy and welcoming setting, you will be in the heart of the village of Zonza, a stone's throw from Place de l'Église, and above all, at the foot of the famous Aiguilles de Bavella overlooking the Asinau valley, in the middle of forests pine, holly, chestnut and holm oak, a paradise for hikers and nature lovers.
The rental is independent and quiet.
The shops are in the immediate vicinity, as well as all nature activities: canyoning, tree climbing, hikes, gr20, walking trails, rivers, racetrack, Quads, horse, mushrooms, fishing.
The most beautiful beaches in the far south are an hour away. Porto Vecchio at 45 minutes, Propriano at 40, Ajaccio at 1:30.

Stimmungsvoller Stützpunkt für Unternehmungen im Bavella-Gebirge

Diese liebevoll renovierte Ferienwohnung in einem alten Steinhaus war für meinen Mann und mich ein idealer und sehr stimmungsvoller Stützpunkt für unsere Unternehmungen im Bavella-Gebirge (Klettern und Wandern). Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Vom Balkon hat man einen unverstellten Blick talabwärts nach Westen in den Sonnenuntergang. Alles was man als Selbstversorger an Utensilien in der Küche so braucht, ist vorhanden, sauber und in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Ein warmes und gemütliches Doppelbett. Ein bisschen aufpassen mussten wir nur beim Duschen. Die Dusche ist ziemlich klein und der Übergang zwischen warmem und sehr heißem Wasser eine Sache von Millimetern, also Obacht beim ersten Aufdrehen ;-) Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und spricht auch etwas Englisch, was für uns sehr hilfreich war, da wir beide nur wenig Französisch können. Er bot uns auch an, seinen Waschkeller mitzubenützen, was aber für uns nicht notwendig war. Im Ort Zonza gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Restaurants, so dass man sich dort mit allem Notwendigen selbst versorgen oder auch mal Essen gehen kann. Uns hat es hier sehr gefallen! (Und danke für die Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten, und die Kekse...)

hier wohnt man in Ruhe und dennoch im Zentrum

wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen! Es ist ein fast zweihundert Jahre altes Haus, direkt neben der Kirche. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und es fehlte an nichts. Der Vermieter Jean Pierre ist ein total netter Mensch!!! und immer da, wenn es Probleme oder Fragen gibt. Higlight ist der riesige Balkon mit unglaublicher Fernsicht - hier haben wir jeden Abend gesessen, gegessen und haben den (Wander-)Tag mit einem Wein ausklingen lassen. Vorteil der Wohnung: super bequemes Bett, zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig - (nur hundert meter weiter sind die ganzen Touristen und Restaurants) eine gute Bäckerei ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar, tolle Aussicht vom Balkon in die Landschaft Nachteil: die Wohnung ist direkt neben der Kirche (ab 7:00-22:00 Uhr läuten die Glocken halbstündig zweimal), das Haus ist zweihundert Jahre alt und das wichtigste: das Bad ist mini klein Leider können wir daher (gemessen an anderen Unterkünften) nicht 5 Sterne geben. P.S.: Jean Pierre, bleibe so wie Du bist - wir wünschen Dir und Familie alles Gute

Wonderful stay in Corse du Sud

We had a wonderful early October stay in Zonza. The location was great for hiking in Bavella and day trips to beaches near Porte Vecchio and Bonifacio. It was an easy walk from the apartment to the Spar supermarket and a local market as well as cafes/restaurants. We loved the apartment's charming antique furnishings, beautiful balcony views, and the well-appointed kitchen. Jean Pierre was also a very communicative and responsive host who made us feel welcome. One minor note is the shower is handheld-only, not fixed, which was a little tricky for my wife to wash her hair. Regardless we very much enjoyed our visit and would happily stay again!

12 .. 15 minutes car ride to the col de Bavella Nice small village with some Restaurants A lot of possibilities for Shopping - Buttchers - Little Spar Super market - 2 Bakeries - Shop for regional vegetable, fruit and Special products for corsika Col de Bavella 12 .. 15 minutes by car (Hiking tours) 10 minutes by car to Suffa_di_a_Noce Suffa di a Noce Hiking tour to Monte_Incudine (2150 m) - highest mountain in the southern part of Corsica (Long Walking - one way 11 km - 1350 .. 1650 m up the moutain a way) recommended by Rother Walking guide

Casa Maria, geweldig!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Zonza. Heerlijk authentiek huisje. Er was veel zorg besteed aan de inrichting . We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen en door de kleine attenties voelden wij ons erg welkom. Zonza is een gezellig klein dorp met winkeltjes en restaurants. Location idéale entre mer et montagne

Un charmant appartement avec une belle terrasse, le tout au calme mais avec les petits commerces et restaurants à 2 Minutes à pied. L'appartement est très propre, tres bien équipé et on sent que Jean-Pierre et son épouse ont à coeur de vous faire passer un bon séjour. Discrets mais disponibles, nous avons eu le plaisir d'échanger avec eux et Jean Pierre nous a donné des conseils pour visiter la région. L'emplacement est parfait car à 10 Minutes des Aiguilles de Bavella , de l'ospedale, de la cascade ... et a 50 Minutes des premières plages. Plein de balades et randonnées à faire sur place, nous n'avons pas vu passer la semaine chez Jean Pierre et y retournerons avec plaisir ! Encore merci pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée ( gâteaux, eau fraîche , apéritif !)

QUE DU BONHEUR PUISSANCE 10 !

La description et la situation de la location sont précises, l'intérieur de la maison est très agréable, très propre et bien entretenue, on se sent à l'aise immédiatement. Jean Pierre mérite la médaille du bon accueil, il nous a guidé avec de très bons conseils pour notre première visite en Corse, nous avons été conquis. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la qualité de "L'eternisula", dans le village de Zonza, c'est un petit restaurant à ne pas manquer. Non seulement, nous allons recommander la location à nos amis mais nous reviendrons très vite à la Casa Maria.
