<br>We welcome you to South Corsica in our family home of 2025, 6 people, with private pool is ideally located in Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio between the pretty beaches of Pinarello and St Cyprien (5 min).<br>You will also have the opportunity to go on beautiful hikes, access the natural pools of Cavu and discover the mythical beaches of Palombaggia, Santa Giulia and Rondinara.<br><br>For the interior equipment:<br>The house is fully air-conditioned and has a large kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.<br><br>Beds:<br>- 2 bedrooms with double bed of 160X200 (hotel bedding with integrated mattress topper), each equipped with large cupboards.<br>- 1 sofa bed "with a real mattress" of 160x200, in the living room.<br>- 1 baby cot with mattress (no extra charge)<br><br>The kitchen, with integrated "4-seater" bar, is fully equipped:<br>It has an oven, microwave, filter coffee makers and Nespresso capsules, toaster, kettle, a large combined fridge... And pretty crockery. Everything is new!!<br>It is open to the living room, equipped with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a TV.<br><br>You can also benefit from the comfort of WIFI, a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, iron, hairdryer, high chair with crockery for the little ones, beach umbrella...<br><br>Rental conditions:<br>Linen, sheets and towels, cleaning included (at your expense, management of household waste, full kitchen and plancha to be repaired at the time of your departure).<br>Intermediate cleaning possible (with supplement).<br><br>The large windows give access to a beautiful 60m² IPE wooden terrace, equipped with:<br>- a comfortable living room (sofa with armchairs and coffee table)<br>- a table with chairs "6 people" for your meals, under a reed pergolas<br>- an electric plancha "Le Marquier" and its accessories.<br>- a private 3X7 swimming pool with submerged beach, heated "according to the period" and equipped with an alarm for the safety of children.<br>- deckchairs with parasol<br>- a garden with trees<br><br>The house is fully fenced and has a parking space. <br><br>Surrounding shops (detailed in the welcome booklet):<br>- Butcher, bakery in Lecci, petrol station, first restaurants 5 minutes away by car.<br>- Super U, Spar, butcher, bakery, greengrocers...
