In Morgat, a well-known seaside resort, close to the beach and amenities yet in a quiet location, is this magnificent 2-bedroom flat on the third floor with lift of the Ville d'Ys residence,

With a superb view over Morgat beach and Douarnenez bay. The residence is located in the heart of Morgat, 50 m from the beach, between the town and the marina. The property is private and enclosed. With around 70 m² of living space, it offers sea-view terraces from the lounge/dining room and bedrooms.

The flat comprises

1 large living/dining room and fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher)

2 terraces with sea views

1 shower room with a new, larger shower cubicle for 2023

There is a private parking space and free Wifi internet access.

The start of the hiking trail (GR34) is 100 m from the residence.

During the summer period, we give priority to bookings of at least 2 weeks from Saturday to Saturday.

Cleaning on departure: 50 Euros (compulsory)

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir haben das erste Mal in einer Ferienwohnung Urlaub gemacht und waren etwas skeptisch. Aber es lief alles super. Der Kontakt zur Argentur und M.Phillipot ging über WhatsApp und war einfach und unkompliziert. Ebenso die Übergabe der Schlüssel und der Wohnung.Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Heizungen funktionieren auch bestens. Wir hatten es immer warm. Am Besten war der Blick auf den Strand von Morgat - einfach traumhaft. Wir waren schon oft in Morgat, allerdings immer im Sommer und dann auf dem Campingplatz, aber in dieser Ferienwohnung haben wir uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Gerne wieder und gerne auch wieder über M. Phillipot.

Super Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht. Einfach Perfekt! Parkplatz in einem gesicherten Bereich. Sehr freundliche Begrüssung und Verabschiedung durch die Gastgeber. Immer wieder gerne!!!

Super ausgestattete Wohnung mit perfekter Aussicht!

Wir verbrachten eine sehr angenehme Woche in Morgat. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum wandern und radfahren. Die Organisation durch Herrn Philippot war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und vor allem unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Appartement très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien placé et fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié le calme de la résidence et la proximité de la plage. Nous avons pu visiter la presqu'île qui est très belle. Beaucoup de balades dont le GR 34 et des sites magnifiques. Je recommande cette adresse où Erwan nous a très bien accueillis.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Bucht von Morgat :)

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit phänomenalem Blick auf die Küste und das Meer. Sehr gut sortierte Küche! Die Balkone laden zum Verweilen ein und wenn man das Areal verlässt ist man im Leben mit Restaurants, Cafés und Crêperien. Gut sortierter kleiner Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke mit frischem Fischstand. Sehr schöne Wanderwege (Zöllnerpfad) mit abwechslungsreicher Landschaft. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, Dankeschön!

Unser Ausguck über Morgat

Die Lage der Wohnung im dritten Stock mit Blick über die Bucht und auf die Corniche von Morgat ist einfach traumhaft! Das ist selbst bei einem Regentag ein Spektakel. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht an Geschirr und Töpfen. Toll sind auch der Backofen und der Induktionsherd. Das zweite Schlafzimmer wäre mir für 4 Personen etwas klein, aber für ein Paar ist es ein perfektes Ankleidetimmer. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, Morgat ist auch sehr sympathisch und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bel emplacement sur presqu’île de Crozon

Appartement surplombant la baie et la plage de Crozon. À proximité des commerces et du club de voile, sans trop de bruit. Terrasse vers l’Est un peu petite. Vaisselle pourrait être renouvelée. Très bon accueil du gérant et bons conseils. Un très beau séjour pour découvrir toute la presqu’île.

Empfehlenswertes Appartement mit wunderschönem Ausblick.

Problemloses Ein- und Auschecken. Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit zugehörigem Parkplatz. Bäcker und Lokale direkt vor der Haustür. Eine Woche im Juli war definitiv zu kurz; wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super séjour!Appartement très bien situé, vue magnifique, très lumineux et bien équipé. Seul point négatif on entend beaucoup ce qui se passe dans le couloir ou au-dessus ( où on a plus l'habitude d'être en appart 😉).

L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, confortable, très bien situé, avec une place privée de parking (très appréciable), et surtout, comme dit dans le titre, avec une vue sur la baie à couper le soufle! :D :D

Great Morgat apartment with stunning views

Great location, comfortable apartment. Outstanding views and really good to have private, secure parking. A stones throw from bars, restaurants and the Boulangerie for morning croissants plus a Super U supermatket. Crozon itself was superb for walking and we had superb weather all week. What a lovely place - would recommend it all day long.
