This cozy and comfortable apartment is located in the heart of the Florence a few step away from Pontevecchio.
from the apartment, you will be able to walk to all the main tourist sites: the Cathedral, Giotto s bell tower and the Accademia Gallery, Uffizi Museum, Ponte Vecchio, are at 5 minutes walk.
In the vicinities many typical taverns, restaurants, historical monuments, pubs and glamour places are easily accessible in 5 minutes.
The apartment, on the mezzanine floor (85 sqm) can accommodate a maximum of four people, all rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with any comfort.

Great Hip Location - expect noise

This is a nice apartment. It is just like photos show. Emanuele the property manager and his father were great. They were very helpful with the luggage at check in and check out.They were very responsive to any issues that came up. I ended up leaving the key inside the lock from the inside and closed the door. Even though my sister had a 2nd key we could not open the door. Emanuele's father met us and the locksmith at the apartment that afternoon. Because it was "Sunday" I was charged 200 Euro for 20 minutes of work. A very expensive lesson. Maybe the owner could invest in a regular lock so that guests don't need the key to unlock the door from the inside. I know the old keys are cool, but not that cool. lol. The only other issue is that it is a very happening area. Very close to Ponte Vecchio and across from a local bar. There is so much noise until very late, like 2 am and then at 6 am the noise from traffic (which is pretty much all night, but gets louder) and the stores preparing to open up. Don't expect much sleep unless you are a sound sleeper and put in a long day walking around the wonderful city of Florence! Overall it was a nice stay.

Delightful Neighbourhood and Very Helpful Host

Our little street was full of sights and sounds typical to a Borgo in Florence. There were 4 restaurants, one mini-mart, a hair salon, two leather shops, a custom perfume store.and much more. Our only negative was the noise from the city trucks that started very early and continued throughout the day. Our host very quickly responded to our difficulty with the washing machine and replaced an aging frying pan without delay.

Beautiful Florence stay

We loved our stay in Florence. The accommodations were just lovely. My husband had a little difficulty with the lack of AC, but with the windows open there was a great breeze and we were very comfortable. We adored it and would definitely come back!

Center city

Couldn’t get any closer to city center than this property.. very clean and spacious. Great for a family. A bit loud because of narrow street surrounded by stone buildings. Easy to find great restaurants and walkable to all churches and museums.
