We love to stay here and will try to come back every year. Emanuele does a great job managing this apartment. We enjoy his friendship. We love the location!
Cristina was very helpful and easy to work
with. The apartment is in a great location and very comfortable and convenient. It is simple and has everything one needs. The beds are comfortable, We appreciated the sunny, quiet balcony. We would stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay at the Borgo Pinti Apartment that was close to great restaurants, bakery, grocery store and in the heart of old Florence to see everything. Would stay again.
The leasing company staff were very helpful. The apartment is in a great location in the city center, perfect for walking to everything, but far enough away to avoid a lot of the tourist traffic and noise. There is an Irish pub nearby, sometimes there is noise until the wee hours of the morning, but it was a happy kind of noise and not a nusiance. I would stay here again and recommend it. Just be mindful that you are staying in a very, very old building and think accordingly.

Good Central Location
Upon arrival, guest manager was prompt getting us settled. This apartment was wonderfully located and made it easy to get around anywhere in Florence. The pictures on VRBO are misleading. This apartment is tired and shabby, and not as clean as one would hope, despite being charged a cleaning charge. It is basic and for the price, maybe overpriced for its overall condition. The location made up for the rest of its shortcomings.

Everything I Wanted
I decided to spent a month in Florence as it is a favorite of mine. I wanted to be centrally located and able to wander at my leisure each day. This apartment was perfect for that. While furnishings weren't fancy, I had everything I needed and the terrace was an added bonus. I soon realized it would be expensive to eat out every night for a month. However, there is a grocery store just down the street and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for me to fix dinner at the apartment and eat on the terrace. I had fun shopping for food, but didn't realize I needed to weigh and tag bulk vegetable and fruits, so caused a bit of a delay in check-out my first time!
There is no elevator and the apartment is up 62 stairs (yes, I counted them!). So, if you do not want to be climbing stairs, do not stay here. I found it enjoyable and left in better shape than I arrived.
In the beginning of September, it was warm and the air conditioner was definitely a help.
Bathroom is quite small, so I used the front hall, which has a table and a mirror, to keep make up and such.
The only draw back to this location is the street is quite noisy at night. Usually, I closed the window and that cut the noise to an acceptable level. There is a bar down the street, as well as a very popular restaurant, and people seemed to stay up and party quite late. The noise reverberates down the street. I will say I grew more used to it as time went on and some nights were better than others.
All in all, I would stay here again as the price was reasonable and I had everything I needed including a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and easy access to everything. I very much enjoyed the feel of the neighborhood and the variety of shops nearby.

We both love to travel around the world because we think that there is no better way to learn and increase our knowledge . This is the reason why we believe that contact with people from other realities is essential in order to understand the world in which we live. We are very lucky people because we were both able to turn our passion into our profession.
We hope to meet you soon in Florence!
