Starting on the Main level, you'll find a warm and inviting ambience. Gorgeous warm wooden plank ceilings set the tone while Pella windows open-up and fill the space with natural light while providing snowy Old Town views.

Comfortable seating for 10 guests at the dining room table. You'll find 8 leather slope chairs with 2 padded folding chairs in the pantry.

Seat 3 more guests at the adjacent island. The chef of the group will appreciate the gas stove, numerous pots & pans, tupperware, spices, slow-cooker and other small appliances.

Lovely views of the trees and mountainside from kitchen. Or you can watch TV as you prepare. Outdoor deck features a BBQ Grill and table for Al Fresco dining.

The house is about a 6 minute walk to the top of Main Street. Your group will find the nearby Trolley to be an easy way to get to and from Town Lift. Or, since we are just 1 mile away from both the Deer Valley and the Park City Mountain Resort bases, you can easily drive or take Lyfts/Ubers.

As for us, we are Clay and Mia Anderton. Clay is a native Utah man and Mia is from Boca Raton, Florida. We live in Florida for most of the year, and spend as much time as we can in Park City. We won't be around but our neighbor is the property manager and is available should any problems arise.
