Walk to Main St. from your private retreat in Deer Valley. Location is ideal. This beautiful townhouse is at the entrance to Deer Valley. It is tucked away on Deer Valley Loop, offering exceptional privacy. Free bus and shuttle to resorts (and everywhere else) is 100 yards from front door. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 adults (7 or 8 with kids) and boasts bright open rooms with vaulted ceilings. The family room features a large HD TV and a gas fireplace. The spacious master suite has a cozy king bed, HDTV, walk-in closet and private deck. The master bath has twin sinks, large bath, and shower. Guest bedrooms include one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed (Queen and Twin). Each with its own bath. You'll love the private, outdoor hot tub! The heated driveway and private garage make for easy winter access. Location, amenities and privacy make this an ideal vacation rental. Whether a family ski vacation or a getaway with friends, this is a great choice! Availability subject to minimum stays - typically 3 nights.

Fantastic stay! Super clean and it was a great layout for sharing with our young adult children. The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything but super duper quiet and private. We didn’t cook much of anything but I noted the kitchen was super well appointed-possibly the best I’ve seen in a VRBO!

We came up for a quick getaway before Christmas, this was the perfect snowy home. Had everything we needed, comfy beds, plenty of towels and and blankets. Small hiccup when checking in but the owner was very attentive and made it right. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Ski Weekend with Friends

Had a great stay with friends - house was roomy, and luxurious, with an excellent hang out area/kitchen, huge main bedroom, and hot tub. Amenities were well covered from cooking and kitchen utensils and spices, coffee, etc. to towels and nice shampoo/soap. And location was fantastic - easy walk (10-15 min) to Old Town bars & restaurants and Town Lift, and a little longer walk to PCM Village base (30 min). Easy check-in and good communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.
