Adorable Portland getaway on the Eastern Promenade

Lovely third-floor apartment on the East End, just steps from the glorious Eastern Promenade! Cozy and cute, this adorable spot resides in the neighborhood which boasts some of the best restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops in the city all within walking distance. On a quiet residential street, there is plenty of on-street parking. Downtown and the Old Port are about a 15-minute walk from the house.
Adjacent to the living room is a private deck. The kitchen and living room areas have a nice open floor plan with a skylight to let in lots of natural light. The cozy bedroom offers a peaceful view of the tree-lined street.
** Please note that the last few steps leading up to the apartment on the third floor are quite steep. **

Currently residing on the beautiful East End, it is such a pleasure to have discovered that over the last decade or so this neighborhood has grown into a wonderfully diverse, safe and welcoming community. Plus, I love being able to walk to brunch and to the market! I desperately missed those outings, living in the car centered culture of Los Angeles.
