Our house is ideally located 300 meters from the beach of the conches, the area of ​​leisures and tennis of St Clément des Baleines as well as cycle tracks. Situated in the heart of the natural park of Lilleau Niges. It is perfect for families with children or friends vacation.

This house of 120sqm area features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people while the ground floor. (A walk between the living room and the night party)
It has a terrace of 60m2 facing south with a barbecue.
The living room is bathed in light thanks to a bay window facing full south. We find the lounge and dining room.

You will find 4 bedrooms, 3 of 10m2 with a double bed and 1 of 12m2 with two single beds. A bathroom fitted with a shower and bathtub. A separate toilet and laundry.
