Zorba Villa 3 – Stylish Boho Villa w/ Private Rooftop
Villa 3 offers a private rooftop terrace, and sits just steps from the Zorba pool and the soft white sands of Tulum Beach. Ideal for families or small groups, it combines style, comfort, and a close connection to the beach and nature.
The main floor features an open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for eight, and a comfortable lounge that flows onto an intimate garden patio furnished with a lounger. Keep the glass doors open to welcome in the sounds of the gentle water cascading in to the property swimming pool and the lively sounds of tropical birds.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs among the greenery and tree canopies. The master suite crowns the top floor with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, outdoor double-headed shower, and a private rooftop terrace—perfect for sunrise yoga or sunset cocktails. Two additional bedrooms occupy the middle level: one with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed plus bunk beds. All bedrooms include private ensuite bathrooms with dreamy custom showers.

My parents live in Tulum and my kids have grown up on this beach and in this area. While many things have changed over the years, the beach and eclectic vibe have remained the same - amazing!

The Villa is on our Zorba Tulum property with a great location to explore the most desirable part of Tulum on foot. The property is a collection of private villas with a great staff to assist with your stay. The property is gated from the road and open to the private beachfront and Caribbean Sea.

This Villa is perfect for those looking for extra comfort and space and the convenience of a kitchen on the beach. Ideal for families and for small groups. Kids are welcome at the property and daily housekeeping is included in the rate so everyone can be on holiday.
There is also a small guests only breakfast + taco bar to grab items a la carte to enjoy by the sea or in the privacy of your villa.
