Located conveniently between the Deschutes River and Woodlands Golf Course, this home has everything needed for a relaxing weekend away. The well-stocked kitchen with Keurig and gas cooktop is adjacent to the dining room with seating for 8. A cozy wood stove adds warmth on those chilly winter nights, and ceiling fans throughout keep this home comfortable on warm summer days.

Relax in the secluded living room, enjoying a movie or just taking in the beautiful Deschutes River views. This room is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa for extra space. Head out to the back deck for some fresh air, sunshine, a soak in the private hot tub or to fire up the grill.

Downstairs find a King bedroom suite with an attached full bathroom with gorgeous marble tile and oversized tub. Bathroom leads out to fully enclosed private hot tub area.

Adjacent to the kitchen is another full bathroom/laundry room.

Upstairs, you’ll find another full bathroom with marble tile and twin shower heads, as well as two nicely separated bedrooms. One is a large King bedroom and the other is a Pyramid bunk with twin over queen bed.

This home allowed a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation with a $250 refundable security deposit.

**This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air-conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice-cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Location is perfect, just as described. It is next to the river, neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. After a full day of biking and exploring, we were able to relaxed in the hottub and admired the stars above. We will be back.

Nice house on the river

Plenty of room for family of six, quiet neighborhood, excellent view of the Deschutes. Very clean, nicely equipped kitchen, great amenities.

Easy check-in and plenty of room for our family. The Deschutes river is right behind the property, which was lovely for my son to fish every day. There's also a large patio that would be nice to enjoy during the warmer months (we visited in December).We enjoyed using the hot tub - it was clean and easy to use. The kitchen has a lot of options, although it would be nice to update the pots and pans. The house could use some updates, but functionality wise, it's fine. They had bikes available to use, but again, we didn't due to the cold weather. The walking trail is conveniently located though - both on the main path as well as by the river.Check-in and out was easy and the house was clean. We would book this place again.

So wonderfully and quiet!

This place was so delightful! Quiet and sunny, even in our March snow storm. I would totally stay here again. The only bummer was how quickly the downstairs showers kept running out of hot water.

Great getaway and perfect for our needs.

We loved the location and the house was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and as shown in pics and described in description. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. Our girls enjoyed the hot tub and we had a great time riding the bikes and kayaking in the river. Having natural gas for bbq was a plus. My only suggestion would be to have a few cleaning supplies on hand as I like to clean kitchen counters and such after cooking other than just wiping down with water. But, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, and soap for showers were available. Laundry tabs were also provided. We would definitely stay again.

Riverfront!

We so enjoyed waking up daily watching the river flow back and hiking the path along the Deschutes daily.The bikes and bike trails were amazing. Ride from the house to Benham falls. House was big enough that we will invite some other couples next time! Loved it!

Charming and cozy

The place was clean and spacious but still felt cozy. It was well stocked and a great place with several updated bathrooms and a hot tub and a cute wood fire stove that came in handy on the one day it snowed.

Great for 6 adults

Nice big place, clean, great location, nice to see the river, huge kitchen and dining table is a plus. Would have liked: two of each towels/hand towels/washcloths for each guest, pillows with stuffing rather than air, better seating in the living room for each of the 6 guests and SHARC passes would have been nice.
