Clean, Tropical 3/2 on open canal in quiet residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. House is on Gulfside with quick access to Miles Channel Bridge towards ocean or bayside. 50’ concrete dock with fish cleaning station and shower.
Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, shower and indoor jacuzzi tub. Second Bedroom equipped with queen bed connecting via pocket door to an adjacent bathroom with shower/tub and balcony. Third bedroom has a queen futon with high ceilings near living room.

Living room and kitchen have high ceilings cooktop with bar and stools all in an open area great for entertaining. Dining area has a large picture window in a nook overlooking canal with ceiling fan. There is a washer/dryer upstairs.

Amenities: Two sit-on top kayaks and 2 adults size paddle boards, Large Weber BBQ, 4- outdoor Lounge chairs, umbrella, 4-chairs and a round table on the upstairs balcony are all available for tenants use.

House is great for family/friends gathering. Equipped with towels, dishwasher, dishes, cups, glasses, coffee maker K-cup and regular, espresso maker, pot and pans, blender, etc.

The storage room downstairs has a standup freezer for bait and ice storage.
