Open kitchen concept with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an eat in kitchen island, separate dining room.Outdoor chest/bait freezer and ice maker provided, fish cleaning station,2 kayaks with paddles.Pet fee $150

Great Stay

This house is just as listed. Great place to stay. Had family and friends come and go during our month and they all enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, amazing pool and hot tub and the canal access to both the gulf and Atlantic. It came with 4 kayaks that we used regularly. The ice machine met our needs for keeping coolers cold in the boat and for the required afternoon cocktails. Overall, a great stay, exceeded expectations.

One extreme to the other

The property was the cleanest I have ever stayed. The owner was very responsive to requests...until...I had a life-threatening emergency and ended in the hospital and had to return home. The owner did not respond to several requests for communication. I guess it's a great house as long as you don't have any issues and have to leave. (Note that I was NOT asking him to return any money!) I would not stay there again!

Chillin in the Keys

Great experience with this house and owner. It is a one story house on stilts. It has very comfortable furniture both in the house and on ground level under the house by the pool. The pool is one of the best pools we have experienced in the Keys. A brand new saltwater pool with heat and an integrated hot tub. Great for adults and grandchildren. The pool is in sun until around 3pm. Thereby allowing adults to go in the shade and kids in the sun. Fabulous. You can have a boat at the dock and be fully functional for fishing. We rented a flats boat and a Hydrosport from Aqua Boat rentals right up the street on Summerland. They were great and delivered the boats to our dock. Short run to access to Atlantic and back country. The location on Summerland is quiet and very functional for all support stuff. Finally the owner lives in Key West and is very responsive to issues that arise. One of the only missing items is the lack of bedside tables and small side tables in the living area and outside downstairs. All in all a very nice stay.
