Pretty house of 130 m2 on a closed and raised ground of 1000 m2 with reassured swimming pool (3,5m on 7m) in Orange.
You will have available:
-1 large living-dining room with bay windows overlooking the garden and terrace.
-1 eat-in kitchen, equipped (gas cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster.
-4 rooms:
         * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160/200 cm, private bathroom with double sinks, shower, WC .
* 3 bedrooms with double bed 140/200 cms
         
-1 bathroom with double sinks and shower.
-2 separate toilets.

Outside you will have a large terrace shaded by a Virginia creeper overlooking the secured pool (ideal for children) with table and chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.
The house also has an internet connection, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer and a steam generator and an ironing board.

No pets allowed.

This ecrin of tranquility yet close to all amenities, (downtown 2kms, supermarket, bakery .....) is the ideal starting point to discover all the jewels of this beautiful region:
-Orange, Roman city with its small streets, its ancient theater and the Arc de Triomphe.
-The wine route through the villages of the Pope's new castle, Seguret, Vaqueras .....
-Avignon and his palace of the popes.
-The Mont Ventoux, the gorges of the Ardèche, the throats of toulourenc, Island on the sorgue, fountain of vaucluse, the bridge of Gard, the waterfalls of the jump ...
The entrance to the A7 and A9 motorways is 5 minutes, they will allow you to easily discover Marseille and the creeks of Cassis or Nîmes, Montpellier, the Camargue and the large sandy beaches of Grau du Roi.

Location idéalement placée à Orange, calme, très joliment décorée et d'une propreté impeccable. On se sent comme chez soi et vu les températures, la climatisation et la piscine permettent de profiter pleinement de la région sans souffrir de la chaleur. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, on a même pu arriver un peu avant l'heure prévue, ce qui était très appréciable. Ils sont disponibles et très réactifs en cas de pb. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances !Véronique

Mooi huis met prachtig zwembad

Wij hebben genoten van het ruime huis waar overal airco is. Alles is aanwezig. Schaduwrijk terras en zalig zwembad. Contact met de eigenaren was super. Kortom en geweldige verlof gehad.

Maison et piscine magnifique

très belle maison avec tout les conforts (même plus que l on attendait). Et une piscine mervieilleuse avec un jardin et des chaises longues trés confortables. Les locataires sont trés gentilles et trés soucieux. Proche du centre ville, environ 25 minutes à pied. Tres bonne location, il ne manque de rien.

Excellent accueil des propriétaires, très sympathiques, disponibles et serviables. La maison est très jolie, très propre et parfaitement équipée. La piscine est superbe. Vakantiehuisje met vrienden

Het huisje was ideaal voor 2 gezinnen met kinderen omdat het huis in 2 kon gedeeld worden en het zwembad een laag gedeelte had. Het laag gedeelte was ruim genoeg zodat de kinderen daar ook konden spelen en de volwassenen konden ook rusten en een glaasje drinken in het warme water. Er was een probleem met de airco en de wasmachine. De verhuurder heeft snel gereageerd en het probleem zo goed als mogelijk opgelost. We hebben een goede vakantie gehad in dit huis.

Tolles Haus, schöner Urlaub

Haus, Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Terrasse und Pool sind großartig. Ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die schöne Innenstadt von Orange. Sehr netter Vermieter. Jederzeit wieder!

Traumhafter Garten, tolle Zimmeraufteilung - eingerichtet mit Geschmack UND ein Pool, den wir jeden Tag mehrfach benutzten! Die Gastgeber sind herzlich, kinderfreundlich, unaufdringlich, jederzeit erreichbar - kurz: Alles ist PERFEKT für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Mooi vakantiehuis, groter dan verwacht, ideaal ingericht met in elke kamer airco, hek rond het zwembad, belangrijk met kleine kindjes. Goed gelegen , zeer kort bij Orange. Goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Vriendelijk onthaal. We hadden een zeer fijn verblijf. Zeer goede kwaliteit/prijs verhouding.

Fantastische Domizil - impeccable

Ein super Anwesen in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend am Rande von Orange. Alles wie beschrieben und sehr nette, unkomplizierte, dezente Vermieter. Da kümmert man sich gerne um den Pool, damit er so glasklar und herrlich erfrischen bleibt. Der Garten ist schön, gepflegt und sehr groß. Platz für alle!! Die Garage bietet viel Stellplatz für Fahrräder, Golfbesteck o.a.. zwei Autos können direkt am Haus parken, oder unter den Bäumen gegenüber. Alles sehr super!!

Maud et Ricardo des propriétaires forts sympathiques et accueillants, disponibles même avant d'arriver sur place pour donner des info sur la région. Maison idéale, lotissement calme complètement conforme à l'annonce, exterieur comme intérieur très bien aménagés et très agréables. Nous avons passé un super semaine . Je recommande !
