This charming Florida home in Seacrest Beach is located within minutes of Alys and Rosemary Beach. Updated with a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, this two-story Florida home offers the peace and tranquility of a perfect coastal getaway. Its prime location just off Scenic Highway 30A is just minutes from the sugar-white Seacrest beaches, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options in 30A.



Hardwood floors, granite countertops, outdoor seating, and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this home a worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy furnishings while the dining area offers seating with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The living and dining room lead to the porch, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the seabreeze.



The first master bedroom is located on the first floor; with a king-sized bed and shared bath. The second floor holds three bedrooms; a master suite with a king-sized bed and twin daybed. A spacious private master bathroom with double vanities, stand-in shower and a relaxing jacuzzi tub. The first and second guest bedrooms also have king-sized beds and a shared bathroom.

Beach & Pool Access:

– Private Beach Access: The Seacrest Beach North Community enjoys private beach access, through the Sunset Beach Community. Seacrest guests are able to use the Seacrest Deeded (Private) Beach Access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community. Seacrest residents and guests may walk through the pedestrian boardwalk, or ride the tram through the easement.

– Beach Service: The Seacrest Beach Homeowners’s Association is proud to have La Dolce Vita act as our ambassadors down at the beach. You can reserve beach chairs or setup a beach bonfire by visiting their on-line reservation portal.

– Pool Access: Bike, walk or take theS Shuttle to the Seacrest Community pool, the largest resort style pool on 30A!

– Beach Chairs: Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use, located in home's outdoor beach container. (Note: Availability & condition not guaranteed).

– Tram Service: From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram stops in the neighborhood to the beach or the Lagoon. Simply walk out your front door go to the nearest tram stop and then call for pickup. The tram will arrive within fifteen minutes. The tram starts running every day at 9:00 AM and the last pickup from the beach is 5:30 PM seven days a week.

Seacrest Beach Check-in Procedure: Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete the online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. The registration form requires the following information:

The Neighborhood:

Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coast's famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals. Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon Community Pool, which is only heated by the sun. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.



Other Things to Note:

Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.



Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.



Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:

* Promotions may change, be cancelled and dates may be blacked out at BeachWalk's sole discretion and without notice.

* Rates, availability and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.

*Please check Walton/Okaloosa County local news outlets for up-to-date information on closures or construction that may affect your vacationeachWalk is not responsible for any disruptions caused by nearby construction or closures of community amenities, such as pools or other shared facilities, as these are managed by the respective Homeowners' Associations and may impact your overall experience.

*Cancellation of the reservation within a certain period prior to check-in may result in forfeiture of the payment or a cancellation fee, depending on the timing of the request.



No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.



No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.



No Golf Cart/LSV (Low Speed Vehicle): Effective January 1st, 2022, Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), Mokes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, motor scooters or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited within Seacrest Beach.
