This cozy Smith Cove pine paneled cottage for up to 6 people is located on a wake-free part of Lake Winnipesaukee just steps away from a private beach and only minutes from Bank of NH Pavilion and convenient to Weirs Beach attractions and restaurants.

Lake views available from glassed-enclosed front porch and dining area, living room and bedrooms. This cottage is completely furnished including cable TV, WiFi, full range and refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Eat-in kitchen as well as glass-enclosed front porch with lake view and additional table and chairs for dining, the perfect spot to begin or end your day! linens , towels, toiletries not provided a 8.5% tax included, dock not included

A pet may be allowed with prior approval from the owner for a nightly fee of $25.00.

Two bedrooms with lake views. One with queen bed, the other with full bed. Full-size sofa bed in living room. Private bath with shower. Relax at your outside table with umbrella and chairs just steps from the lake and the private beach. Listen to the loons. Watch the boats go slowly by.

Great Location and convenient to all amenities, restaurants, etc. House was perfect for a week and Bob, the owner, was great. Would highly recommend renting one of Bobs properties anytime.

Cottage at Smith Cove

Stayed here with my wife and 8 year old son last week. Everyone had a great time! The cottage is situated just steps away from the boat dock and beach for swimming. The cove is a "no wake zone" so no waves or loud noises from boat traffic. Bob is a super friendly guy, couldn't be any nicer. I would recommend this cottage for a family of 3-4. We had fun, thanks Bob!

This Smith Cove vacation rental is located on a quiet part of New Hampshire's largest lake where boat speeds are limited to allow for lakefront relaxation. The surrounding grounds are owned by the cottage owner and are kept in immaculate condition. This cottage is located just minutes from Bank of NH Pavilion and Weirs Beach attractions and restaurants.
