--LIVING ROOM--

Stylish living room features a modular couch that can be rearranged to sleep another guest. There is also an air mattress to accommodate an additional guests.

--ENTERTAINMENT--

Enjoy the 42 inch, High Definition LED TV. The TV is attached to a blue ray player that can stream Hulu, Netflix, Youtube entertainment options. You can also play DVDs, CDs and Blue Ray DVDs. If you like, you can attach your laptop to the TV and use the TV as a large monitor. There is HIGH-SPEED INTERNET with WiFi access throughout.

--MAIN BEDROOM--

The main bedroom offers a firm, king plush top mattress. Wake up in the morning and open the glass doors to the back patio. Have your breakfast seated at a comfortable cushioned patio table set surrounded by exotic desert plants.

--SECOND BEDROOM--

The second bedroom has a firm, full-size mattress. Find an assortment of pillows for your stomach or side sleeper.

--BATHROOMS--

Each bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, curved shower rods for extra shower space, granite counter-tops, and stocked with towels, q-tips, and cotton balls.

--ARTWORK--

Many of the original paintings were created by me, while some are from my private art collection.

--THE COMPLEX--

The complex is charming and well maintained with lush desert landscaping. Enjoy full access to two swimming pools and a jacuzzi. Lined with patio chairs and loungers, the main pool is heated year round to at least 75 degrees. Your condo is located in a grassy courtyard equally distanced between the two pool areas. Charcoal BBQ grills located throughout.

--DOGS--

Your hypo-allergenic furry friend is welcome if they are over 4 years old, a non-shedding breed (often poodle mix) and under18lbs. Tucked into the pocket of the complex is a private dog park with tiered balconies overlooking a green wash.

--BBQs--

There are community charcoal grills steps away from the back patio. Your condo is also furnished with an electric counter top grill and grilling utensils. Your outdoor electric BBQ and private propane-BBQ on the patio is entirely user mantained.

--PARKING--

Park in your own private garage. If your vehicle qualifies, you can also park in one of the many uncovered parking lots with a permit. There is also street parking just outisde of the complex.

--NEIGHBORHOOD--

This is a quiet complex tucked back into a cul-de-sac where a street ends. You can walk to a popular park nearby or drive around the corner to Fry's grocery store (Kroger) and Lowes Hardware. Shopping and nightlife is just a few miles away in Old Town Scottsdale. Or if you prefer, take the free neighborhood trolly that takes you to downtown Scottsdale.

Excellent home away from home!

We totally enjoyed our stay! Candice is a terrific hostess. Any questions or needs were answered or resolved immediately. Her home is exactly as depicted, which is why we opted to stay here. The location is close to local activities yet away from the fray which provides peace and tranquility. We hope we will be able to travel again and enjoy all this condo has to offer!

Peaceful oasis in the heart of Scottsdale

If you’re looking for a bit of peace and quiet in the midst of Scottsdale’s bustle, this is the perfect place for you! Just as pictured, the condo is clean, comfortable, and fully appointed with everything you could need, plus lots of extras! Candice is a superb host! Fabulous sunshiny winter getaway

We arrived to exactly what we saw in the pictures posted. Candice had everything waiting for us, and I do mean everything. She furnished the condo with every possible kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and patio accessory. The bedrooms had wonderful bedding and curtains. Plush towels and towels for the pool. We thought we were in heaven. Candance responded quickly to our texts and phone calls and had a book with answered every possible question on where to go and how to get there. Location was very convenient to anything you might to do in Scottsdale and Phoenix area. We loved it.🥰

Extremely clean / spotless condo. Owner is fantastic. The patio is great and very peaceful. Well stocked with all the basics and more; meticulously arranged in drawers and cabinets. The beds are very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The showers have good pressure. TV’s were simple to operate. The location is very convenient to the 101 and anything in the south Scottsdale / Tempe area. The only negatives are the very small garage…hard to get out of compact car. And, the late night noise from the upstairs tenant. Overall, definitely get what you see and deserving of 5 stars.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Delightful accommodations. My daughter and I visited family in Arizona and tried VRBO for the first time. Scottsdale Haciendas worked out perfectly for us! Candace went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed to make our trip as comfortable as possible. It was great to each have our own room and bathroom. A kitchen to prepare our own meals in was especially nice, not having to eat out in restaurants for every meal is a huge bonus and helps if you're traveling on a budget. I love that the dining room, living area and kitchen are all connected so you can prepare a meal and visit at the same time. The layout of the complex was very simple, the neighborhood is very pleasant, and we felt very safe there. The property was very clean and quiet too. I would definitely recommend this property if you're planning a trip to Arizona and wish to be within easy access (about 15-20 minutes) from downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and downtown Phoenix.

Hi Candice, Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and outside seating area provided privacy when needed and quality family time at any time. We thoroughly enjoyed those aspects of our stay. Your excellent location was matched only by your willingness to make our stay memorable. The bottle of wine, water bottles, and treats that were waiting for us on arrival were such a nice touch and so thoughtful. The booklets you provided gave us all the information and directions we needed to get out and have a wide variety of enjoyable experiences. You have friendly, welcoming neighbours who care deeply about their outside garden areas and what a bonus to have pools and a hot tub so close. The green space just steps out the back sliding door made life with a little dog so much easier at night or in the early morning. Awesome! We could not believe how easy the drive to and from the airport and how central we were to everything we wanted to see and do. Taking the Trolley into Old Town Scottsdale or short drives to restaurants and other activities made day excursions easy and enjoyable. We did not get a chance to attend any sporting events but Unit 51 is a great location for any fans interested in seeing all of the pro or college sports teams in the surrounding area. Our only suggestion would be for the Condo Association to replace the leafer at the one pool location. Minor, I know, but just a thought. Thank you again for being so kind. Wonderful Fall Rental

My wife and I, plus a friend, spent about 40 days at this property. We loved it and highly recommend it. The apartment is perfectly located in a nice neighborhood. As advertised, it is minutes away from Old Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa. It has very easy access to the Pima Freeway. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful in the area. Scottsdale is just a wonderful area to visit. We were particularly impressed with the number and quality of city parks. The complex was well-maintained. People were extremely friendly. There was not much noise at all. There are two pools and a hot tub available, which we had a lot of fun with. We felt at home here. If you have a dog, this is the place to be. There is a private dog park on the premises. Lot's of people were out walking their dogs. The apartment is small and cozy. It was stylishly decorated as shown in the listing pictures. The owner is an accomplished artist and several beautiful pieces are in the unit. We also enjoyed the very nice patio area. There is a very fast and stable internet connection. The apartment was clean and ready for us. The owner was friendly and made sure that our every need was taken care of, yet respected our privacy. We would definitely rent from the owner again.

Exceeded expectations

I had no idea I would enjoy this condo and location as much as I did. Candice made our stay here so enjoyable. Her welcoming and personable approach made us feel so well cared for. I thought for sure I would be miserable coming to Phoenix in July for our business conference and without a car. But to our pleasant surprise the trolley service, bus and metrolink in Tempe made travel very accessible. The pool and perfect water pressure shower was a wonderful way to end the day. The beautiful surroundings and interior décor gave me a resort style feel at an economy price. The value was way more than what we paid when I consider how much Candice had to offer not only within the condo but with all her resourceful information in making our stay so fun, relaxing and adventurous…even in the heat of summer. We had the most amazing vacation! Thanks…we’ll come back again!

Wonderful Hideaway!

I am glad we were fortunate enough to have found this gem of a condo! Beautifully decorated, fabulously comfortable, every little detail has been addressed. The location was perfect for getting around town, very close to the Loop 101. The owner is so helpful, very knowledgeable about the Phoenix area! She made us feel like we were her first priority and provided us with some great recommendations for restaurants and museums. We found ourselves not wanting to venture out as much as we thought we would because we were so happy at "home"! Loved the artwork by local artists that surrounded us here! The bedding was luxurious. Dreamy comfort! We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning and met some nice people, also other vacationers. Our stay at this location could not have been more comfortable. We are looking forward to staying here on our next visit to the Valley of the Sun!

I chose this property because of its quiet location but close proximity to old-town Scottsdale, easy access to the major freeways, and its location within the Complex. The Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The garage is a rare find in Scottsdale. This is a ground floor unit, close to the Scottsdale greenbelt, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Tempe Market Place, and golf. Hop on Loop 101 or 202 for quick access anywhere in the city.

What makes this property unique

This is one of the few complexes in the area with Garages. There are also two pools. One is heated to 87 degrees F in the winter. There is also an adorable dog park attached to the complex. Enjoy free neighborhood trolly service that will pick you up in front of the complex and take you to Old Town Scottsdale.
