In accordance with the Santa Fe City Ordinance, we ask that Guests are considerate of neighbors and observe City "Quiet Hours" of 10 pm to 7 am.
Housekeeping ($225) is required every 2 weeks for stays longer than 3 weeks. We cannot accommodate same day check-ins and check-outs between Guests.
No pets allowed. Owner and some Guests have allergies. No visiting dogs agreement with neighbors. Fireplace is non-working, ornamental only.
