Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you have time, and are willing, to take out the trash and start the dishwasher that would be greatly appreciated, but not expected.
It would be above and beyond to start a load of towels before you leave. My housekeeper will sing your praises!

What truly sets our place apart is the indoor-outdoor high-desert lifestyle. Huge windows flood the space with natural light and frame the glowing Southwest sunsets, reminding you to step out onto the patio just in time to watch the colors change. Later in the evening, retreat to your private outdoor spa—complete with a hot tub and sauna shed—and take in the vast, star-filled dark skies that make Eldorado so quiet and peaceful.

We’re pet lovers, too, so we gladly welcome 1–2 well-behaved pets to share in the fun. Plus, because we live just a mile away, you get complete privacy paired with the peace of mind that super-responsive local hosts are on hand whenever you need us!
