These four condos are located just one block from the beach and pier in the popular Pier Bowl area of San Clemente. Explore the pier area shops and restaurants, or walk a few blocks to the quaint downtown area of San Clemente to experience even more laid back, beachy Southern California vibes.

These four condos are all located within one building, so all of your guests can stay together while still having plenty of space and privacy. Together, the four units can sleep up to 18 people. Book one, two, three, or all four together, depending on your California accommodation needs!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
