6 spacious bedrooms—4 are master suites with premium beds. Enjoy 2 patios with BBQs, 2 fully stocked kitchens, and a shared roof deck accessible from both units—perfect for gathering. Ideal for family reunions and wedding guests. Beach chairs, coolers, and towels included. 3,100 sq ft with AC, large living areas for TV or games. Free WiFi, on-site and street parking. Walk to Trestles and nearby dining.

Two large, spacious homes all to yourself—this duplex is perfect for family gatherings, reunions, and small get-togethers while still offering the privacy of separate homes. Enjoy cool ocean breezes plus AC if needed. Each unit includes its own washer and dryer for added convenience and comfort during your stay.

The home is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood near a golf course and just down the street from the Rip Curl store. A bar located across the street offers a fun option for music and drinks if you’re looking for a night out.

****Please note: The home is located NEXT to the I-5 freeway, which provides convenient access to surrounding areas but may result in some traffic noise.

Many nearby hotels and vacation rentals are located on this same street.

Exceeds Expectations!

We needed a place for a wedding week, which would house 12 adults in a minimum of 6 bedrooms. After reading reviews, we settled on this property. Our guests were traveling from 5 different states so having a seamless stay was important. Communication with the hosts, gave us peace of mind. Check in was a breeze. Concerns were handled quickly. Location is convenient. Property was spotless. We will definitely rent this property again.
