Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.

Wonderful Stay

This house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family vacation. We loved having the golf carts to cruise around to the wharf and beach. It was nice to have the bay right out back, we got lucky and saw the dolphins! You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Property was clean, updated and had a beautiful bay view. Golf carts were such a nice addition. Russell Vacation Rentals were accommodating and very easy to communicate with. I would suggest booking directly with them.

Great family vacation

2nd Summer at Vantage Point. Beautiful location, nicely appointed. Very comfortable for 6 adults and 5 grandkids. From reservation to final check in directions the communication with the mangers was excellent. The two golf carts are a must….park your car and use the carts for beach and around Sandestin…..makes you feel like a local. Great time had by all.

Amazing place

We as family do family reunion early and it our 3rd time on this golf course we love it. If ur looking for something bigger this is the unit to stay at. Plenty of room fresh remodeling, the view is amazing. Thank you for great experience to owners. We will be back every year if God will.

Incredible vacation home.

The home was perfect for the 6 adults and 5 grandkids. Fabulous views, nicely appointed home. Everything the description said and more. The two golf carts made getting to the beach and around the complex very convenient. Everything met or exceeded our expectations…….even Kilwins ice cream……

Want to keep it a secret

Almost hesitant to write about how much we loved this house and location in fear that others will discover it and we won't be able to rent it again. There were 3 adults and 2 teenagers in our group and we all had plenty of room. Being right on the Bay was amazing, lots of sunsets and sunrises on the water added beauty to our time.

Short getaway for me and my 20 and 18 year old kids. The house was incredible.

Only disappointment was that there aren’t any smart tv’s to cast movies from your phone. Otherwise A+++ Getting around in the golf carts was great! Quiet area on the water and golf course made for peaceful mornings on the master balcony with a coffee. Would definitely return. Maybe a girls trip next time.

House was very clean… great interior design.

Great property, with 2 golf carts. The most beautiful sunsets in our backyard… the house was super clean and organized. The only complaint was the AC in all bedrooms was not cold….. in fact we were hot…..Also beds were too hard and were not comfortable.

Vantage Pointe

Condo was beautiful and very roomy. Plenty of room for the nine of us. Very clean. The main complaint was the parking. You have a condo that sleeps 13 people and only one parking space which was not convenient. Having 2 golf carts was wonderful. All and all very nice Russell Vacation Rentals was wonderful to work with. Very informative and fast in getting back to you.

Great vacation

Everyone enjoyed the vacation at your condo. Facilities were just as described and access to the beach was a breeze with the golf cart. Construction that was ongoing during our stay limited daytime sitting on the back porch because of the noise but those things happen. The 4 person golf cart did not seem to be charging right and actually had serious battery issues on the last day. Maybe having more information on charging the carts would be a good idea. But overall we had a fantastic time! Thank you!

Incredible views - our favorite house in Sandestin

This is our family’s second time to stay in this house. It is our absolute favorite. (We’ve been the last 5 summers and stayed here twice) We have 5 adults and kids ranging in ages from 3-21. There are many things we love about this place. The views are unmatched, sunsets are amazing, we love having coffee on the screened in porch. We love the view from the living room and master balcony too. The adults and kids enjoy hanging and playing on the grass overlooking the bay and hitting a few golf balls in the evening. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins swimming in the bay one evening. The home itself is SUPER clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. The third floor is great for our teen girls to have their own space. The other four rooms are a great size too. Perfect layout for mult-family stay. There are two new golf carts since we last stayed and they were so comfy and nice. We would absolutely recommend this place and plan to stay again many times in the future!!

Beautiful scenery!

The house was beautiful. Looking out at the bay was amazing! We enjoyed the sunset and seeing the dolphins. Wish it wasn't as far from the beach but the golf carts make it a lot easier to get back and forth. Property management was very quick to respond to any issues or questions! Very friendly! Just a few negatives: it is was FREEZING in the living room and hot in the downstairs bedroom. So it was a tug of war to get both rooms comfortable. Only having 1 parking space caused issues. There is VERY little "overflow" parking. Several times vehicles had to be parked a mile away from the house.

Beautiful place but needs some pest control

The view was outstanding and overall we loved this property. The screened in porch was awesome and the bayside location was superb. Everything about it was pretty great with the exception of one main thing. The front first floor bedroom had roaches in the adjoining bathroom. When the light was turned on the roaches were visibly scurrying away. This is something that could be remedied with pest control but was a big deterrent during our stay. Also, not a big deal but the beds were pretty hard and did not give much at all. I know some people like it that way and perhaps the owners do like firm beds, but they were too hard for our parties' liking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! 32 Vantage Pointe is perfect for a large group. It comfortably held 8 adults and 4 children. The home is spacious and well appointed. My only recommendation would be to add a gas grill. The charcoal grill worked fine, but gas is easier and cleaner.
