Great stay, convenient location and awesome owner!

We comfortably had five people in this property. It was very conveniently located to the beach and other activities that we had during our stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone coming in to stay close to the beach.

We've been coming to Rehoboth for the past 15 years and this is by far the best place we've stayed in. It was clean, spacious, and overall a lovely home. Doug is an excellent host and provided all of the necessary amenities. We will definitely be back next year.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. Everything you needed for your stay was available. Walking distance from Wal-Mart and Atlantic Liquors was a plus. Price was reasonable for the quality of the property. I was impressed by the Sonos system where I could play music in the house.

Wonderful place to stay!

Excellent place to stay in Rehoboth! Pictures were very accurate, and it was very clean and comfortable. Amenities were great, and it was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We would stay here again, and highly recommend it to others!

Wondeful weekend getaway

This property was prestine and looked exactly like the pictures. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had great ammenities, and the overal design was gorgeous. Doug was easily accessible to communicate with and the check-in process was simple. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2-floor modern home. The kitchen was nice and well equipped with utensils, etc. for home cooked meals. Neighbors were friendly and parking was convenient. We would stay here again!

House was clean, spacious, had three bathrooms, was dog friendly, and had a convenient location! It was located close to restaurants, shopping, and the boardwalk/ beach. Central AC worked very well. It was also stocked well with necessary supplies, such as paper towels, hand soap, and toilet paper. We would definitely return and highly recommend this property!

Perfect for a young family of 5

This was a great townhouse for our family of 5. Doug was very communicative and allowed us to check in early, since we had to cut our vacation a day short. I had to text him about a question, and he responded right away. The kitchen was nicely stocked with items we needed. I know a previous reviewer stated that the dryer was broken, but there was a note that said you had to hold the power button. We had no issues with it. We will definitely keep this townhouse in mind for our next trip!

Impromptu Getaway

Some friends and I decided, very spur of the moment, to throw together a girl’s weekend. I opened my VRBO app and saw that this property was available. Based on the photos and descriptions, I thought this would be the perfect place to stay. Well, it did not disappoint! Everything I read in the prior reviews were spot on. The house was very clean. It was decorated in such a way that made you feel very comfortable. The furniture was all in good shape, and the beds allowed for a good night’s sleep. It was very easy to prepare meals in the kitchen. The owner thought of everything we would need for our stay. Plus, the property is pet friendly. Even my dog had a great vacation! Lastly, the neighborhood was quiet. I wouldn’t think twice about staying at this home again.

We Will Definitely Be Back!

We stayed in Doug’s home for 7 days/6 nights. Myself, wife, 6 yo daughter, and our dog. We cannot say enough good things about the entire process. Communication - Doug replied via VRBO message very quickly prior to our check in. He also sent over a detailed document telling us literally every piece of info we might need - check in procedure, where things were located, parking, helpful tips about the area, and way more.Once we arrived I text him a few basic questions and he answered me within minutes. He was so thorough, after those first few texts I didn’t even need to reach out again until we left and that was to thank him! Cleanliness/decor - the unit is huge, and exactly as it appears in these pictures. Also very modern & tastefully decorated. Location - no this unit is not directly on the beach. That’s about the only negative but if it was on the beach you’d be paying exponentially more. We felt the location was perfect. Barely 10 min to RB, about 12-13 min (even w/ Coastal Hwy traffic) to DB, 15 min to Lewes. I thought we would be using Uber a lot to avoid driving but it was so easy and convenient to get around we wound up driving everywhere. Also, you can literally walk to the liquor store, or across the street to mini golf and Walmart shopping plaza. Other things like supermarket are about 2-3 min drive. We really enjoyed our week here and you will too!

This is a well-appointed, tastefully decorated townhouse with state-of-the-art appliances. Only 3 miles from Rehoboth and a hop, skip, and a jump to Dewey Beach, which is more low key. We were thrilled to be able to book this property so close to Labor Day.

Fantastic property!

This was a beautiful house and a great place to stay in Rehobeth. The house is clean, spacious, and modern. If you want to be far away from the hustle and bustle, the location is perfect. The only downside for was that although the house is only 3 miles from the beach, it can seem like it’s a bit further because of lights and traffic, especially on the weekend. BUT I do think this is reflected in the price, which is fair. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay!
