This apartment is located in a small, quiet seaside town ideal for a family vacation with ease.
All shops are in the immediate vicinity.
Barcelona is 45 km away, Figueras is 60 km away ... You will be able to share your time between culture, leisure and swimming!

Long sandy beach where umbrellas and towels easily find their place.
The idyllic geographical location means that a light breeze is omnipresent in summer.
As bizarre as it is true, no mosquitoes!
A 10 km long promenade along the sea will welcome you in the morning for your jogging and in the cool evening to sip a cocktail, feet in the water.

Great apartment

We really enjoyed our vacation in Pineda de Mar. The apartment is big to accommodate a family of five. It is located just a short walk from the beach and really close to everything. Daniel is a great host.

Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und nett. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt und alle wichtigen Dinge, wie Supermarkt, Gemüsehändler, Fischladen und Restaurants sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Während des Urlaubs benötigt man so gut wie nie das Auto. Strand und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß gemütlich in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und haben einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub genossen.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, wie beschrieben. Auch der Kontakt zu den Nachbarn war sehr freundlich (Spanischkenntnisse vorausgesetzt).Sehr netter Vermieter, der im vorraus einen Tourenplan mit hilfreichen Infos uns zukommen ließ. Leider ist in dem Fernseh kein deutsches Programm zu finden. Wir mussten uns mit spanischem Radio vergnügen. Wlan sucht man vergebens, auch in der Umgebung.Wir konnten das Auto den ganzen Urlaub stehen lassen. Das Consum um die Ecke bietet beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Vacances familiales

Appart très bien placé dans une ville balnéaire mais qui vit certainement toute l année avec les espagnols locaux. Commerces, boutiques, rue piétonne,plage… tout y est. Les gens sont très sympas. La ville est animée toute la journée et le soir. Plongée à Medaqua à estartit , visite de Barcelone par le train (5 euros), plage san Cristina, san pola, parc aquatique… Et surtout un Proprietaire qui connaît cet endroit par cœur et qui répond à toutes les questions si besoin. Et ça c est vraiment génial. Lieu à recommander

Des super vacances

L'appartement est vaste et très bien située près des commerces et de la plage. Daniel est un hôte très réactif et qui a fait tout son possible pour nous satisfaire. Quelques points noirs, les nuits très chaudes obligeant à ouvrir les fenêtres alors que la rue est bruyante. Place de parking pas toujours disponible.

Wohnung Pineda de Mar

Die Wohnung ist gut strukturiert und es fehlte an nichts. Einzige Punkte zu verbessern: Wohnung ist zu warm, es bräuchte eine Klimaanlage, und gewisse Sachen sind veraltet, müsste man ersetzen. Rest alles super, der Besitzer Daniel ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Einmal kurz die Straße langgelaufen und man ist am wunderbaren Strand von Pineda, einmal kurz 100 Meter in die andere Richtung und man ist im nächsten Supermarkt, der alles hat was man so braucht. Herrlich klares Mittelmeerwasser, viele kleine zauberhafte Läden, Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geschmack. Das Auto hätten wir die ganze Woche nicht gebraucht, alles ist prima zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gut vorbereitet und informiert waren wir dank unserem netten Gastgeber Daniel auch, vielen Dank noch einmal für die vielen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

EXCEPTIONNEL

Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement très propre et tout à fait conforme aux photos et à l'annonce. Daniel nous a communiqué d'excellents conseils pour profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Pas besoin de voiture, tout est faisable à pied et avec le train local vous pouvez vous déplacer aisément et profiter du paysage (30 € par personne pour le train et le bus touristique pour passer une journée à Barcelonne) Je recommande ce logement et un grand merci à Daniel.

L'appartement est idéalement situé,à 5 min de la plage, tous les commerces à proximité, je n'ai pas pris ma voiture de la semaine, l ' appartement est spacieux et propre, le propriétaire très disponible et sérieux. Je recommande cette location.

agréable appartement au coeur de Pineda

Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel et très lumineux. La situation de l'appartement est idéal, pas besoin de voiture. Tous commerces et restos à proximité immédiate. La plage surveillée en saison est à à 5 minutes. Le train et les bus permettent de se déplacer facilement pour visiter l'extérieur et à des prix attractifs (35 € aller retour pour barcelonne pour 5). Un sejour réussi à pineda grace à ce logement de qualité.
