This penthouse-duplex enjoys a privileged location on the seafront of Pineda de Mar. In addition, Pineda de Mar is 50 km from Barcelona and the train runs directly from Pineda. You can take advantage of your vacation to visit the Catalan capital. The Holy Family, Parc Guell, the Picasso Museum and much more.
The penthouse was reformed in 2016 and has an open kitchen-dining area. It has 3 bedrooms. A balcony with sea view and a large terrace with sea view and barbecue.
The building has a community pool.
The beach is a few meters away, there are bars and restaurants very close. It is a quiet and very pleasant area. Ideal for couples and families.

On arrival you will have to pay € 45 for cleaning. (mandatory)
Sheets and towels are optional and have an extra charge.

Leuk appartement met twee woonlagen. Mooi uitzicht op het strand en leuke strandtentje. Balkon én een dakterras. Door het openbaar vervoer is Barcelona goed bereikbaar. Lift aanwezig.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, die Bilder im Inserat sind authentisch. Erwähnenswert ist die sehr großzügige Dachterrasse mit einer schönen Aussicht. Einziger Kritikpunkt gilt eventuell dem dritten Schlafzimmer, welches sich nicht so gut belüften läßt. Wir würden von daher die Wohnung eher für maximal 4 Personen empfehlen.

A éviter !!!

Appartement vieux, moisissure à la SDB, frigo en panne, machine à laver qui fuit chez le voisin du dessous, vaisselle sale, seulement 1 cuillère dans les couverts alors que nous étions 6 !!! Clim qui ne fonctionne pas et aucun ventilateur dans l’appartement !! Impossible de dormir dans le lit double car sommier très ancien qui grince. Nous devions avoir une place de parking, finalement nous n’avons pas pu nous garer car place très petite. Bref, logement à fuir.

Chère Laura, Merci d'avoir partagé votre avis sur notre appartement. Je suis vraiment désolé pour le problème que vous avez eu avec la machine à laver, mais nous l'avons résolu rapidement. Je sais que votre séjour ne s'est pas déroulé comme prévu, mais je ne suis pas d'accord avec votre commentaire. L'appartement n'a pas de climatisation, ce n'est pas qu'il ne fonctionne pas, c'est qu'il n'en a pas. Et vous pouvez le voir sur le web avant de réserver. Le parking, nous conseillons qu'il soit pour une petite voiture. Vous n'aviez pas de parking, car votre voiture était trop grande pour cet espace. Juste avant votre arrivée, nous avons acheté un paquet de cuillères jetables et vous les avons laissées neuves dans la cuisine. En résumé, je suis désolé que votre séjour ne se soit pas déroulé comme vous l'espériez, mais l'appartement présente de nombreux avantages et nous sommes très attentifs à résoudre tout problème qui pourrait survenir.

Séjour très agréable

L’ appartement correspond vraiment au descriptif et au foto. Emplacement idéal , la piscine de la résidence n’est pas très confortable pas de transat , la plage est seulement à quelque mètre . Je recommande cette appartement pour les personnes souhaitant passer un petit séjour sans utiliser sa voiture .

My family and I were looking to travel to Barcelona, so I started looking on VRBO for places to stay within the city. After looking around a bit, both north and south of Barcelona, I came across a listing for a place in Pineda de Mar, north of the city. The place looked great! It appeared to be right on the Med. The location was about a 50 minute train ride from Barcelona Sants station, so we gave it a try! I am pleased to say, this was the best decision I made, after deciding to go to Barcelona! LOL It was a perfect location for my family and I. We were literally right across the street from the beach, and the apartment was exactly as the pictures described. Carlos was the host, and I will never be able to convey how amazingly helpful he was. He was an exceptional host! We were there for 2 weeks, and we were so sorry to have to leave. I guarantee we'll be back, and if we're able, we'll use this property again! My family and I made some memories for life! I can't recommend it highly enough! Thanks for an amazing time!

La personne qui nous a accueillie ne connaissait pas l’appartement, pas très propre. Il est mal entretenu et c’est dommage. Nous n’avons fait aucun état des lieux et le propriétaire a failli ne pas me rendre ma caution, que j’ai reçu 10 jours après mon séjour. Les espaces communs sont bien, avec la piscine et à 5 mn à pieds de la mer. À 45 minutes en voiture de Barcelone. On est proche des restaurants, et autres .. faire attention et exiger un état des lieux.

en tout cas l appartement est tres agreable dans un lieu tranquille a quelques pas de la mer... il y a un train tous les 20 mins pr aller a barcelone. le proprietaire est tres gentil acceuillant malgres la barriere de la langue on a reussi a se faire comprendre sans souci. je le recommande vivement. on apprehende toujours car on ne sait pas ou on va tomber si cela sera pas de la publicite mensongere en tout cas pas du tout. on peut y aller les yeux fermes. merci encore pour ce sejour

De très bonnes vacances, même fin octobre...!

Carlos loue un appartement idéalement situé à proximité immédiate d'une très grande plage de sable, dans un quartier à la fois vivant et tranquille. Son petit balcon attenant à la pièce de vie ainsi que la grande terrasse supérieure offrent tous les deux une très belle vue mer et nous en avons profité du matin à la fin de l'après-midi pour les repas, la lecture, etc... La cuisine est équipée du minimum mais permet de préparer des repas corrects pour une famille. Les deux chambres ( 1x 2 p. + 1x1p. ) plus la mezzanine ( 2x1 p.) offrent des espaces suffisants pour le couchage de 5 personnes. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le canapé convertible du salon. La station de Pineda est très agréable hors saison: pas surpeuplée et pourtant très vivante, avec un quartier piétonnier bourré de charme, des glaciers, cafés pâtissiers, bars, boutiques très sympathiques . La plage est bordée d'une piste cyclable et d'une zone piétonne bien agréable pour le jogging ou la promenade. La proximité de Barcelone est appréciable. Enfin, en cette dernière semaine d'octobre, nous nous sommes baignés chaque jour dans la mer car la température a dépassé quotidiennement les 25 degrés. L'immeuble dans lequel se trouve l'appartement est propre, paisible et équipé d'un ascenseur et d'une piscine collective. Une voie ferrée s'intercale entre celui-ci et la plage mais constitue une nuisance sonore assez modérée à laquelle on ne prête rapidement plus attention, même à l'extérieur, tant le paysage est ravissant, côté plage comme côté collines. Un passage souterrain situé à quelques mètres de l'immeuble permet de rejoindre la plage en toute sécurité. Par ailleurs, Carlos est un hôte accueillant qui, bien que ne parlant quasiment qu'espagnol , fait le nécessaire pour mettre à l'aise ses locataires.
