This cozy Frisco townhome is the perfect place for your next family getaway to Colorado! You'll enjoy your very own sauna, and two stone fireplaces to help you warm up and relax after partaking in Summit County's abundant winter activities. In the summer, you can host family barbecues, soak in the sunshine on one of three decks, and take in the lovely views of Mt. Royal.

This townhouse is an easy, half-mile walk from the mountain town of Frisco; there's even a stop for the free bus just outside the front door. You'll also be within walking distance of hiking and biking trails and the Frisco Bay Marina (one mile east) on the shores of Dillon Reservoir. For great winter and summer fun, you can visit the Frisco Adventure Park (two miles east) or hit the slopes at Copper Mountain (seven miles south), Breckenridge (nine miles south), or Keystone (12 miles east). For a fascinating afternoon, you can take a class or watch a free demonstration at GatherHouse Glassblowing Studio & Gallery and grab a beer at Outer Range Brewing Company.

Host interaction was okay. We only had 2 wash cloths. I alerted host, but there wasn’t a response about it. The base board heater in the living room area did not work. The hot tub didn’t work as well. The furniture was a little old and needs updating and is one of the strangest designed homes I’ve ever stayed at. Up and down steps the whole time, just very weird to me. Just a “meh” place.

We enjoyed our stay and the place was great for our family. Overall very good experience. Cleaning and communication with property management could be better, mostly minor issues though. We would rent again!

Solid choice for a ski trip.

If you need a solid place to sleep and hang for a ski trip this should work just fine. The furniture is comfortable. Beds are good. It's not luxury or anything but it gets the job done. Plenty of space to spread out and multiple bathrooms. Location is great if you are bouncing between mountains.

Family Trip

This is the second time we have stayed at the property. It is spacious and well equipped. We love staying here but the property management is difficult to deal with. They are in Washington and have to get a message back to someone local so it may take days. Once your local person gets in contact, they are very responsive.

Very tired condo

The woodwork & furnishings are in bad shape . The dishwasher was full & unable to tell if the dishes were clean . Ran the dishwasher. Couldn’t find towels …….. in the dryer . Hot tub not functional. I own a condo 2 blocks away & have rented it out years ago with vrbo . I would never have rented my condo in the shape this one was . I do not recommend this condo .

Had a great time at this condo! Everything was as expected. The only issue we had was when we tried to use the oven there was a very strong chemical smell and it smoked up the house. We had to turn it off. It smelled like an oven cleaner that was on the heat element. But everything else was great!

Great location!

Perfect location- only a few minutes from downtown Main Street, not a bad walk at all. The unit itself is spacious and was able to comfortably fit our group. Some areas of the unit are a little outdated, but was all clean and in good shape. Wished the hot tub was working at the time, but we were made aware before we booked that it was not. The view was perfect and overlooks a creek with multiple outdoor entrances. The living room was so cozy! Unit was priced fairly, and we would definitely stay again.

Plenty of space for our family. Close to town and mountains. Icemaker and Jacuzzi need to be fixed. Sauna was a plus. Would recommend that simple spices be provided.

The space and location was awesome . Kitchen was well set up for cooking and there was plenty of fresh towels. Loved the sauna! I am rating it four star because the main living space was uncomfortably cold and there was no way to turn up the heat . The sleeping areas were zoned and easily regulated . It would have been nice to have the hot tub available.

Great location at a fair price. The home was beautiful with all the amenities you will need. They provided plenty of linens which was very helpful for our bigger group. If you have more than two cars, you will need to park at the overnight parking lot which is located near I-70 bridge. Loved that you can walk to downtown Frisco. Beautiful views and there is a stream behind the house which we loved hearing from the balcony!
