Welcome to Grandview Cottage!
A classic cedar shingle cottage in the heart of Cape May. A unique accommodation that exudes true small beach town feel, from exterior aesthetics, interior beach decor, and of course, the ideal location - one block to the beach.

This cute cottage is cozy and has two stories with 660 sq ft of living space. Simple open living area on the first level - kitchen, dining and living room. There is a stackable washer and dryer inside the cottage. The master king bedroom is on the second level, as well as the spacious bathroom with tub/shower combination. The bathroom has separate entry from the bedroom.

Enjoy spending time in your two private outdoor spaces, one as you enter the cottage and the other area is on the second floor accessed through the bedroom. After a day at the beach, you can rinse in your private outdoor shower. Leave your car on a designated parking spot and walk all over town.

Grandview Cottage is a detached cottage from the main home. With its classic cedar shingle exterior, coastal inspired interior and ideal location, you will experience a true Cape May beach vacation. The Cottage is part of a well maintained condominium.

Great for a small family, couples and small group of friends.
Linens are not provided. There is no grill in the premises.

Third time we've stayed at Grandview and it is a perfect place for a couple to stay in Cape May. Block from the beach, place is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Every morning I would have coffee and breakfast on the upper porch and either read or write. Wonderful vacation. We'll be back.

Cozy clean cottage in a great location

We have stayed in the Grandview Cottage twice and it keeps getting better and better! Location cannot be beat and having off street parking is fantastic! The covered decks are great for relaxing and everything is clean and well appointed. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again soon.

Anniversary Getaway

Relaxing and adventurous. We had a great time, 1st time in Cape May. The Ocean and beach were so relaxing . Walking all around the area so safe and the homes, Inns, Band B's and care of the properties meticulous. We loved our cottage. Cozy and all we needed. Special time in Juliet balcony for early coffee in the sun. Amazing food in the area. Glad we went before the summer rush

fall weekend getaway

This cottage was a perfect place for a long weekend getaway for my girlfriend and I. The cottage was very clean, and a perfect size for us. The two balconies were ideal locations to start the day enjoying a coffee and view. The cottage was conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and downtown allowing us to park the car and enjoy the town by foot. 10/10 stay, would highly recommend, and am looking to come back again.

What a perfect little hideaway. Plenty of space for two people and the occasional grown child who decides to crash for a night. :) The decks are lovely, the house is comfortable, and the location is ideal. Fe is a great host, friendly and responsive. We're hoping to make this an annual visit. Thank you!

Lovely little get away!

This is a gem! Basically park you car and walk. Walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, neighborhood stroll … the location is so convenient! The cottage is lovely, clean and very comfortable. A choice of two decks let you choose where you wanted to relax. Love the parking right there at the cottage. Everything was so manageable. The king size bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. Towels were fluffy and soft. Kitchen is small but had everything we needed. TVs were large and easy to operate. I just loved this cottage! And, I look forward to a return trip!

Great cottage for two

Our second of what I expect will be many stays in this cottage. For two people it is perfect in every way. Clean. Full of light. Great porches. Well furnished. Two minute walk to beach. Five minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Two large TV’s if for some reason one must stay inside. Very responsive owner.

We live on the west coast of New Jersey. We like going to beaches and lakes. Our kids love the water, or maybe it's just digging in the sand or collecting sea shells or observing sea creatures. Anything that would make them be kids for a longer time, is okay with us. They enjoy Cape May sights, sceneries and activities. Cape May is a great place and we're happy to share our cozy cottage with you.

Why they chose this property

Our family has vacationed all over New Jersey shore towns. Although, all the towns are lovely, we always found Cape May as our favorite, mainly because it always has that quaint hometown atmosphere. Also Cape May is not empty outside of the summer months, unlike most beach towns. There are plenty of activities and events, beautiful beaches and fantastic dining. Cape May is alive during Fall and Spring with all the activities and events. You'll be surprised, Cape May is fun during winter too.

What makes this property unique

Great location!!! This classic cedar shingle gem is nestled in middle of opulent Victorian era cottages. The cottage will give you a truly coastal cottage feeling, from the exterior cedar shingle coastal home to inside decor. Our home is convenient to walk back from the beach for lunch and breaks (especially helpful with kids). Dining and entertainment starts 2 blocks away.
