Cape May - Modern Comfort-Victorian Charm


Well appointed Cape May Condo - directly across from Southern Mansion. Relax in the comfortable wicker chairs on the porch and watch the horse drawn carriages pass. Just two blocks to the pedestrian mall, shopping and dining. Beach is about five blocks away-Summertime brings a stocked beach box with chairs, umbrellas, toys, boggie boards-all ready for you right on the beach. JUST GRAB YOUR TOWEL, BAG AND GO! Off street parking for two cars -Central A/C, Memorial Day- mid September-7 night minimum Saturday check -in/out.

The rental rate includes your cleaning fee, and additional small extras-all designed to make your stay comfortable, and easier. Linens and towels are not provided, but are available for rent from a local company if needed. Come and enjoy our home at the shore, and create your own beautiful Cape May memories. Most of our 'rental family' return for more visits. We rent year-round, so please email or call for more information.

I’m reluctant to write this review because I don’t want everyone to know about my new favorite place to stay in Cape May. Cozy condo with a wonderful sunporch to sit in and watch the horse and carriages go by while taking in the beauty of the Southern Mansion. It is walking distance from the Mall, Congress Hall, Convention Hall and Cape May Day Spa.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely Victorian in Cape May. Susan the owner was great and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. The house was super clean, spacious and quite lovely. Location was perfect for our girls weekend of shopping and enjoying the local restaurants. Fall is a wonderful time and we are already looking forward to next year!

Another great stay in Cape May! The size of the condo was perfect for our needs—five adults and a baby. It also had everything we needed. The location was fabulous—very convenient to both the Acme and Washington Street shopping. We also loved the sunroom, front porch, and parking. They was more room than expected. Check in and check out were also easy. We would certainly visit again! Thank you.

Our second year at this property

We loved our first stay so much that we decided to rent here s second year. The condo is clean and charming, and the beds are comfortable. We love that there's a washer and dryer to wash our beach clothes, and the kitchen is functional and easy to cook in. The front porch is amazing for after dinner drinks and just watching the world go by.

Perfect long weekend

Cape May is a perfect spot for a long weekend filled with shopping, relaxation, and food! Our stay was wonderful and this house hit all our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

We were there during the Noreastern that hit the east coast. The house was very comfortable for 6 adults to spread out sincevwe had lots of rain. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants with rain coats. Only problem was the unit upstairs had a dog that barked alot which was annoying.

Graduation Relaxation Weekend

This property was perfect for a post-graduation relaxation/reward weekend. Plenty of room, lots of seating in the living room and on the porch, and nicely decorated with a classic vibe. Everything we needed for a great stay was on hand. The location in the village neighborhood was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, and the beach.Very glad we chose this property and would recommend it highly.

Cozy House in Ideal Location!!!

Plenty of room for a family of 4! Convenient location to downtown and beach! Quiet neighborhood when we went (April). Perfect spot for a quick getaway.
