This villa is a perfect place for you to spend not only your summer holidays, but also Eastern, Christmas and New eve! The sea has many different faces during the year and all of them are indescribably beautiful!
The villa is situated on a small pedestrian street in the most beautiful part of the village right at the edge of the sea, but also 5 min walking distance to the central square or the gardens where you can enjoy the sunset.
It is a very quiet romantic place , where the song of the waves will make you fall asleep at night and will wake you up in the morning. You can enjoy the sunrise and the amazing views of sea and sky from the spacious terraces on the ground and the first floor, drinking your tea or coffee .
It will take you 2 minutes to go by foot to the central beach, and 5 minutes to the south beach. If you are looking for more remote beaches you can also find such in vicinity.
This villa has 3 bedrooms and a spacious tastefully furnished living room with a fully equipped modern cosy kitchen. There is a stove, refrigerator, toster, juice maker , plates, and cutlery.
The living room is very bright and can be widely open to the ground terrace and the sea view. You can enjoy in and out-door living on the ground floor. There are very high ceilings and an emporium to the second floor, which gives you a feeling for openness. A comfortable sofa and arm chair ( goose down stuffing ), a TV, small coffee table, beautiful classical dining table for 8. You can dine inside the living room or outside on the ground terrace equally comfortable enjoying the fresh air and beautiful sea view and the aroma of the roses in the gardens. There is another 8 person modern glas table outside on the ground terrace for breakfasts, lunch or dinner.
The parents bedroom on the first floor has a breath taking view to the sea and you can take a sunbath right on the 6x 3 m terrace or just sit in your chair, read a book, have a chat, or simply enjoy the Nature and listen to the seagulls.
There is a small glas table with comfortable chairs on the terrace on the first floor for your morning coffee.
Both bedrooms on the first floor ( 2 ) are big and newly furnished each with attached nice modern bathrooms. The beds are 1:00 x 2,00 m and the linens are very good quality. Beds can be comfortably joined together to build a 2 x 2 m king size bed. Wardrobes can comfortably store all your luggage.
The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has a bed 1,2 x 2,00 m suitable for young couple or children and a smaller wardrobe.
There is a bathroom on the first floor next to the bedroom.

The terrace on the ground floor is suitable also for yoga practices.
This villa is suitable for yoga practices for small groups.

You can find all you need very close to the villa- grosery stores, restaurants, shops etc.
Only 10 km far from Ravda- you can enjoy the healing mud baths in the sea town of Pomorie - a world well known healing resort, which attracts thousand of people every year. If you have a car you can make a full course of healing baths in just a 15 minutes distance on the open beaches between Aheloj and Pomorie free of charge.
There is a Unesco protected area with salty lakes between Pomorie and Ravda which attracts many birds during the year .
The village of Ravda is situated only 3 km far from Old Nessebar - the penincula town included in Unesco heritage list. Do not miss it!
If you like the night life, Golden beach is just 1 km further away, you can take the bus or a taxi and get there in minutes.
The village of Saint Vlas is 2 km further away, where you can enjoy the modern marina.
