Nessebarview spacious 2 bedroom first floor corner apartment, near sunny beach
This luxury apartment (built 2007) is situated on the first floor. It is just one mile from the popular Sunny Beach resort and 10 min drive from Old Nessebar.
It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a double bed-settee in the open plan living area. It will comfortably sleep six and is more spacious than the other two-bedroom apartments in the complex (approx. 20 m²). In addition to the shower room there is a second toilet. There is a large balcony overlooking one of the pools (including children's pool).
The kitchen/dining/living area is open plan and well equipped with an oven, hob, washing machine, TV CD/DVD and Wi-Fi. There is also remote controlled air-con in all the rooms. The entrance hall on the ground floor is ideal for storage e.g. prams, etc. The complex has secure access and parking facilities, and is about five minutes walk to the the nearest bus stop for access to Sunny Beach, Nessebar and other local towns. Nessebar View apartments are fresh, modern and ideal for a family holiday.

Great apartment with lovely swimming pool and dedicated loungers!
Excellent apartment with a shared pool. The apartment is 5 min drive from sunny beach where the beaches are sandy and the sea is warm. My family (kids aged 6 and 8) had a fantastic time.

Fabulous relaxing holiday
Just got back from a fabulous 2 weeks at Adrian and Esther's apartment. It was very spacious and felt like home. The kids had a great time in the pool everyday and made some great new friends. Angel and his family made us feel welcome. A superb place to stay if you want to relax by the pool or a 20 minute walk into the heart of sunny beach for all the hustle and bustle.

Idealny na wakacje z dzieckiem
Mieszkanie idealnie przystosowane dla rodziny 2+2. Byliśmy z końcem czerwca do połowy lipca (3 tygodnie). Obiekt jest położony jakieś 3 kilometry od Słonecznego Brzegu. Samochód jest konieczny (my przyjechaliśmy własnym). Parking jest poza obiektem przy drodze publicznej ale kompletnie nic się złego nie dzieje. Obsługa kompleksu jest bardzo sympatyczna i mówi w języku rosyjskim, jak i prawie cała społeczność mieszkająca, co dla nas stanowiło ogromny plus. Samo mieszkanie wyposażone dobrze aczkolwiek lodówka mogłaby być większych rozmiarów. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu pozwalała na normalne funkcjonowanie za dnia jak i podczas spania. Łazienka trochę mała ale rekompensuje to dodatkowa toaleta na korytarzu należąca do mieszkania. Basen to priorytet i podstawa kompleksu mieszkaniowego. Jednym słowem obiekt jest wart tych pieniędzy, za który przyszło nam zapłacić.
