Walking distance from Praia da Oura and Areias de São João, this cozy apartment is located in one of the quietest areas of Albufeira. With a capacity to accommodate 4 guests. This spacious apartment has 2 balconies overlooking the condo pool, a fully equipped american kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 comfy twin beds that can be converted into a queen bed, Smart TV, WIFI and air conditioning. Due to its great location this lodging is early booked in advance. So don't miss it.
Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) have a fee of 25 euros.
Late check-in between 7:00pm and 00:00am have a fee of 25,00 euros
On request, we can provide cot : 10 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 6 euros/ unit/stay.
For winter booking only (Nov to March)- Cleaning fee : 70 euros
(All additional fees should be paid upon arrival by cash).
From November to March (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available. Guests must pay €70 in cash (for 14 nights) upon arrival to pay for water, gas and electricity costs incurred during their stay.
