Charmante petite maison bien placée a Soulac sur mer . En vélo (ce qui est très agréable) vous êtes à la plage surveillée des Naiades en 5 min . Env 10 min du centre ville . L'environnement est très calme et arboré (sur la terrasse vue sur les chênes ) .deux places de parking ce qui est plutôt pratique . A recommander .

JOLI LIEU CALME ET REPOSANT

Cette maison se trouve dans un très vaste ensemble de constructions clôturé au milieu de la végétation, très calme dans une ambiance familiale. L'espace permet à de jeune enfant de faire du vélo ou de la trottinette dans les allées. Une grande piscine commune avec un bain pour les jeunes enfants à part est proposée. La maison est bien équipée et suffisamment vaste pour 6 personnes. Il est nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage (5 minutes) afin de profiter de jolie plage ou des " piscine de la place" au nord de la ville (pas de soucis particulier pour se garer) Je conseille vivement cette location avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.
