Not much planning needed, it had everything. Would of loved a door from living room to back yard but it was still so beautiful to watch the sunset inside and out. Stairs down to shoreline would of been amazing but road to shoreline was easily accessible and a great place to hang out. I'd recommend this and will definitely go back.

The house was awesome. I needed it for 3 days. 7, 8, 9. which they agreed to. Then on the 9th, they kicked us out because they said that was a check-out day. Plus they had people coming in. We had nowhere to go. It was supposed to be my granddaughters graduation get together. She had just received her Masters degree. We ended up giving her her gifts, and leaving for home. (Texas ). Not a good day!
