For those who appreciate the call of the open water, Bayview 19 is a true haven. The complex offers six first-come, first-serve boat slips along with a boat launch, providing convenient access for a day out on the water. Owners are also renting a boat parking spot on-site that guests can use, which will be available through at least May 2027. Additionally, our outstanding pier offers not only excellent fishing opportunities but also a serene spot for basking in the warm Southern Alabama sun. To cool off, the complex features a sparkling pool where you can relax with your family and create lasting memories.

While Wolf Bay is the immediate body of water you'll have at your doorstep, the famous white sandy beaches of Alabama are just a quick five-minute drive away. Explore the pristine coastline that the region is renowned for.

The Wharf, a popular entertainment complex, is less than a three-mile drive, and the new OWA amusement park and shops are within a 10-mile radius. Across the street, you'll find a variety of restaurants, including Another Broken Egg Café, Doc's Seafood, O'Choppers Irish Pub, Lunas, and Cosmo's. Gulf Coast Paddle Company, also across the street, provides opportunities to rent kayaks and paddleboards for more aquatic adventures.

Beautiful Location

This was a lovely area. It was perfect for my dog. The location is a few minutes from the beach and any restaurant or store.

Everything was great! Was a bit concerned as it’s not as close to the beach as we normally stay but it did not disappoint. The drive to the beach is not far at all.

My husband, fur baby and I stayed for 5 days. The condo was perfect and the neighbors were super nice. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. The pool was amazing and the entire property is very well kept. We will be back!

Bay View fall break 2023

Fall break with my boys! We had a great time this get away! Made the most of the rainy days with shopping and the local restaurants. Always enjoy the Gulf Shores time away from Reality and the condo had everything we needed for beach fun!

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nicely updated and very clean, and had everything we needed. The main reasons we chose this property were for the ability to bring our boat and our dog. The boat ramp and slips were very nice, and the property was pet friendly. The property management company was nice & very easy to deal with, although the check-in process would be easier if they had some type of electronic entry so you didn't have to go pick up the keys at their Gulf Shores office.

Condo was decent. No complaints except communications.

Everything good with condo. Think the mgmt company could do better. Felt lost driving, since only address we had was the management company which we later found out was not near the actual condo! Calls to mgmt company were all unanswered, and took a many texts to try and get the actual address of where the condo was.. They eventually stated, since it was before 3:00pm we were not given the address, and that we would have gotten the door code and actual condo address at 3. But of course at 2:30 PM if your an hour out you still need an address to put in your navigation, since it changes the roads you should take. The mgmt company address took us to a different town all together..

beautiful condo with bay / boat access with a place to sit and watch the fish in the water.

This condo offers a beautiful respite from the business of the world. However, the next time we will get a villa on a each location. The 3 adults and 4 kids located above us helped us to leave a day earlier and stop in Tennessee to enjoy mountains and get some peace.

Great home away from home!

We absolutely LOVED our visit here. The place is so nice and updated. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was GREAT! The water was rough at the beach while we were there so the pool was a great escape to cool off. We just wish we had brought our boat! My son enjoyed it so much he asked when we could come back.
