The Summit 205A, also known as “A Wave From It All” has just been completely updated and is the perfect place for a weekend getaway! Summit 205A is roughly only .2 miles away from the beach - a super easy walk in a private resort, no major roads to cross. Guests love the 2nd floor convenience and is just a short stroll away from the white sand and emerald waters of Miramar Beach, FL's famous Tops’l Resort!

You will be right at ease in this clean and updated second-floor condo that shares the peaceful sights and sounds of nature from your private balcony! This unit is complete with a king size bed and a flat screen TV in the bedroom area as well as an additional twin/daybed. The bathroom features a double vanity, large garden tub, and a beautiful new walk-in shower. The kitchenette provides you with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and some basic dinnerware essentials. Enjoy all the amenities the Tops’l Resort has to offer here at Summit 205A!

Great Location and Clean Facilities

Very enjoyable for 2 people!!

Lovely studio with plenty of room! Very comfortable bedding and nice dinette for meals. The room was very clean. The bathroom and shower are spacious and the lighting is great! We would definetly stay here again! The fridge is also a half fridge (not really a mini) which was a nice surprise!

If you don’t plan on spending much time in your room this one will do the trick. There were several amenities that we were pleasantly surprised about. It came with a great Beach wagon, beach umbrella, and two chairs. There was a huge garden tub with wonderful jets and a separate stay aloane shower! This unit has an adjoining door to the unit next-door so if you rent both I’m guessing it’s wonderful. We just rented 205A and light shown through the door and we could hear the neighbors clearly. Good news for us they weren’t very loud so we weren’t bothered however I can imagine if you had neighbors that were really loud it would be unpleasant. There’s no beach view and there’s only one room and bathroom. So if one of you with an early riser and the other one sleeps and there’s nowhere to go.

Easy Stay, Quick walk to the beach

Last minute get away..

The property was EXACTLY as advertised. Excellent location, excellent family get away, the entire property was very clean. The room was exactly as described. Absolutely loved it and the ease of checking in and out was very convenient. Front gate staff were great, checked every car in and out and very professional for safety of all owners, guests and staff. We will visit again as we were super excited about our new vacation destination.

0verall OK...it's the little things

The overall experience was okay. The place was clean, no bad smells. If you are looking for an average hotel type room, this is perfect. It was the little things that didn't quite live up. The room and living space were smaller than the pictures would lead you to believe. There was no kitchen to be spoken of, rather a haphazard pile of dishes to use, and no place to wash them other than the bathroom sink. There were only a few hangers to use, and while this didn't bother me personally, my fiance was not terribly happy about it. The bathroom was actually quite large and roomy, and well laid out. The only gripe there was the window / door like contraption between the tub and the bedroom. Some people may like this, but if you desire privacy in the bathroom, you will not. When paying as much as we did in cleaning and service fees, I was appalled at being asked to take the garbage out on our departing day. That didn't sit well with me. But again, honestly the place was very clean.

When we arrived the place was nothing like the pictures. In the pictures it had showed a nice room and pool, private beach. The actually room was old, and hadn't even been vaccumed. We called and asked them to come clean and they assured us someone would come that day. No one showed up. Very dissapointed, especially with all the extra fees I had to pay.

The beach was an easy ~10min walk away, There is a microwave and mini fridge as well as some servicewares, a toaster and other things I didn't use, such as a blender! There are two chairs and a table on the balcony! I didn't use the shuttle service, but it was available! This is a perfect place for one or two persons! Stinky's in Seaside was great for dinner!
