Our house can accommodate 4 + 2 people, it is an independent annex of an ancient rural stone house inhabited by our family; about 100 m2 of house with garden and fenced private land, private parking space, built with the use of the best environmental technologies of construction and energy saving, using the sun as primary alternative energy, the house develops on the ground floor with entrance, living room with fireplace stove, memory double bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom, kitchen equipped with fridge, oven and dishwasher, another double memory room with air conditioning and another bathroom and a sofa bed for two in the living room in front of the fireplace, external room for laundry and cellar use , wi. fi. available in the house and in the outdoor garden-solarium, digital TV, precious armored security boxes, pets are also welcome in the house if educated, private parking.
In the shade of the porticoes among vines and olive trees, barbeque area for pleasant dinners with friends, charming sun terrace with gazebo overlooking the green valley below, at night an ideal place to admire the starry sky in the company of a glass of wine and wind of sea.
In 5 minutes by car, there are shops, banks, supermarkets, shopping centers, pharmacies, gas stations, or you get to the quaint town of Vezzano Ligure, with its pentagonal tower, the ancient village and the famous Grape Festival of September.
For those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday, a car is needed to get around, good walkers and sportsmen can run on roads with little traffic.
The city of La Spezia and the Golfo dei Poeti are only a 10-minute drive away .... behind the hill.
