Rural, traditional Italian home just outside of Cinque Terre. Charming property with fruit trees and clothes line off of the balcony to dry clothes. We absolutely loved it!

Dream vaccations

We spent a wonderful week in Simona and Alessandro's house. Ideally placed between Levanto and La Spezia, the house provided a relaxing place between hicks in the 5 Terre. Hope to come again.

Perfect house and great hosts

Simona, her mother and Alessandro do everything so that you feel comfortable : they gave us good advices for trekking in the Cinque terre, brought the breakfast the day we left, ... The house is very well equipped, clean and nicely decorated . The garden is very quiet and was very much appreciated to relax after a long walk. Location of the house is very good: close to all the best areas of the Cinque Terre, shops are available at a 10 kms distance , and a good restaurant is at 500m distance .

Beautiful and great property❣️❣️

We’ve had a great holiday at the house in Memola, Beverino. We(2 persons) stayed there for 14 days and it was fantastic. Very nice people and welcome at the day of arrival, very good contact about everything, the house very clean and everything you need present. The house has a parkgarden with beautiful plants and flowers. We’ve visited several places in the neighbourhood, of course Cinqe Terre, beaches, Lucca and other places. After a day out to the beautiful touristic but busy places it’s so great and calming to come tot this fantastic house, sit at the porch and enjoy the garden, silence and birds etc. Really a house to come back to and recommend to others. Thanks very much for a beautiful stay.

If you want the best : don't look any further : you found it!

Super nice home and perfect garden. (completely enclosed so dogs have the time of their life). The house has all you need and more. The welcome by Simona, Alessandro and la mamma were very nice and the fridge had everything needed for the next day, including a good bottle! Highly recommended, if you are looking for a quiet stay, nice living place with a feel of being at home, 20 min. away from 5 Terre and La Spezia etc. Too bad we had to leave after 2 weeks, but Alessandro gave us some pastries for the road and a big hug to ease the pain. We will come back.

Away from everything and yet so close

For those wanting to explore the Cinque Terre and not willing to pay the high prices this house 🏡 is perfect. It took us 30 minutes to the train station and 45 to Portovenere. The area surrounding the house is very beautiful and though it's away from everything there is a cute little restaurant not 3 minutes away. The house itself is in pristine condition and has everything one would want. Our hosts even presented us with a bottle of wine, bread, pasta and peso at our arrival, which came in handy on the first evening! For those a bit worried about the isolation, this house is super secure with alarm etc. we were never scared! Our hosts were super nice and full of good advice! We would stay here again anytime!

Haven of peace - paradise on earth

Very nice property - excellent position to discover the region. The house was very clean and very well prepared before our arrival. Allessandro and Simona took a lot of time to welcome us. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, pasta and pesto for the dinner and they even provided us with some pastries for the breakfast ! They also provided us with a lot of precious advices to discover the region. In 15 years of holiday house rental, this was probably the best ! We had pleasure to get back to this haven of peace after the busy days we had. Only one regret ; we rented the house for only one week. :-( We would have appreciated to spent much more time in this paradise.
