This property offers free, seasonal, beach service each day of your stay from March 1 to October 31st. The service includes 2 beach chaise loungers and 1 umbrella, setup for you each day, to relax and enjoy our beautiful beach.

This Luxurious Unit Is Located On The 17th Floor Of Ocean Reef Condominium Complex. When You Walk In The Door You Immediately Notice The Breath-taking Emerald Green Waters Of The Gulf. You Will Also Notice The Open Floor Plan And Beautiful Décor.

The Kitchen Has Granite Counter Tops, Lighting And Equipped With All The Necessities For A Comfortable Stay. In Addition To The Normal Kitchen Appliances You Will Find A Toaster, Coffee Machine, Microwave, Cooking Utensils, Pots, Pans, China And Much More. In The Dining Area You Will Find A Lovely Table Which Will Seat Four Comfortably. You Will Also Find Barstools Around The Counter For Even More Seating.

The Living Room Has Been Beautifully Furnished With A Full Size Sleeper Sofa, Side Chairs, Tables, Lamps, Ceiling Fan And Large Flat Screen Tv And A Dvd For Entertainment. Wi-fi Has Been Provided For Your Enjoyment And Comfort.

The Master Suite Is Accommodated With A King Size Bed, Comfortable Bed Linens And A Flat Screen Tv. The Master Bathroom Has a gorgeous new tiled walk in shower and Large Countertop. The Sliding Door Opens To The Balcony Where You Can View The Beach Or Listen To The Subtle Sounds Of The Waves Crashing On The Shore.

The Second Bedroom Is Accommodated With A King Size Bed And A Set Of Bunk Beds, Comfortable Linens And A Flat Screen Television. The Bathroom Is A Single Sink And A Shower/tub Combo That Has Been Beautifully Decorated To Flow With The Theme Of The Rest Of #1707.

Not To Be Forgotten Is The Very Private, Oversized Furnished Balcony. From The Living Area, The Sliding Door Opens To The Balcony With Breathtaking Views Of The Gulf Of Mexico. The Private Balcony Is Among The Largest You Will Find In The Area. From The Balcony You Can View The Gulf's Endless Water, Dolphins Jumping, Seagulls Flying, Beach Goers Walking, Parasailing, Boating, Snorkeling And Much, Much More. The Balcony Is Completely Furnished And Provides A Relaxing Area For Enjoying Sunsets, Sunrises, Board Games With Family And Friends And Romantic Dinners. Our Guest Find If They Are Not On The Beach Then They Are On This Balcony!

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

Very relaxing!

Right on the beach, wonderful view of the gulf and sunset, very clean and comfortable. Extra points for having beach toys for children, they were very much appreciated!

We thought the decor, balcony and views were amazing. We think you need to look into your cleaning service. The floors had sand all over them and both toilets need a deep cleaning, some of the washcloths has seen better days. But the beds were very clean and comfortable. If you have kids this condo has everything you could need for the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first impression of this condo was astonishing, the view, decor, and space you can only find on a 4+ star hotel. The room was spotless; the only hiccup was the refrigerator. They do such a great job cleaning that the refrigerator takes about 24hrs before it goes back to a cold temperature. Management is very helpful and attentive, from Greta and Tracie, to John the maintenance guy. I will pick this unit again without hesitation. Finally everything from establishing the communication with Greta, and Tracie, to getting the registration and checkout was flawless.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently returned home from a 5 night stay. We had an issue with the floors being dirty, but we contacted them and they came out and mopped again (it was better but they still weren’t clean-I recommend replacing the mop as it’s filthy). The beds were very comfortable and the patio furniture was great. We flew so were limited on how much we could pack and I was upset to not find a hairdryer in the unit. Living room furniture not overly comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. It was nice to have beach chairs and toys we could take down to the beach. Parking garage and assigned spot is super tight, we’d have to back out before we could buckle the kids into their car seats. Overall we had a good stay.

However, one email to Greta's Beach Rentals was all that was required. Their response was immediate and their concern for our vacation was their top priority. They immediately moved us to #1707 Ocean Reef and we couldn't have been more pleased. This unit is stunning! It is so well appointed and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is available in this condo. We used Greta's Beach Rentals last year and I am so glad I returned to them again this year. Their service is impeccable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation condo. We will be returning to PCB again in September and we will once again return to Greta's! Johnny and Riley went above and beyond to ensure our comfort! Service at its best!

Amazing, Beautiful Condo!!!

We actually stayed in this condo in October 2016, but due to family emergencies I'm just now getting around to submitting a review. Our family absolutely loved this condo. It is EXACTLY as pictured. It is gorgeous. It is an absolute dream with a spectacular view. The balcony is huge and so amazing with super comfortable furniture. We loved watching the sunset from it every chance we could get. The living room is luxurious with a great TV. The bedrooms are very comfortable and peaceful with TVs. The mattress was so good for my back we actually bought one for ourselves when we got back home (asked Greta what kind it was!). It has everything in this condo that you need or want. Washer & Dryer. Full kitchen. Stocked. Beach equipment, including a wagon to pull it with (and extremely helpful when checking in and out). You could tell that the owners take great pride & care. Greta of Greta's beach rentals is an absolute joy to deal with, extremely pleasant and helpful. Reserved garage parking also nice. Just a 5 star condo all around, and we look forward to renting w/Greta again in the future next time we are up in the panhandle.

Simply amazing with plenty of room to relax, enjoy sunsets and the beautiful colors of the water.Condo itself is beautifully decorated, with updated bathrooms, flooring, tv's, washer/dryer and appliances. All Staff and Security Personnel are courteous and ready to assist you. Perfect weather all week provided us the perfect getaway to relax and unwind from the daily grind. Highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting the perfect beachfront condo to enjoy a getaway week.Property was very clean and well-maintained.Management very easy to work with. Instructions and Directions very detailed and accurate.The ONLY negative? No black-out curtains in front bedroom. Easy fix if owners will add them! Several restaurants and activities within walking distance. Views from balcony are Best-In-Class!

The room was great and extremely well accommodated with anything you or your little ones could need for a vacation. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman we spoke too on the phone but he was so polite and helpful and honestly made our experience that much better with answering any questions or concerns we had and even overnighted an item we accidentally left in the room. We will be coming back. The room was well decorated and clean. The balcony was very large and felt safe for our children. I will say the only issue we had would be the short wait time for the elevators. Although we did stay during prime vacation season it wasn’t unbearable just a short wait due to the amount of people. Thank you for treating us well and we will be back.
