Top Level: Features an expansive great room with beautiful ocean views, deck access, a built-in cabinet with a new granite countertop, a 65" flat screen TV/DVD, stereo, electric fireplace, luxurious furnishings, and solar shades on the large picture windows for your comfort! The well-stocked kitchen includes an island with bar stools, granite countertops, and a large dining table that comfortably seats 10! The roomy King Master Suite presents Ocean Views, a private bathroom with a Washer and Dryer, 2 sinks, a TV, and handsome décor! This home is kid-friendly!

Mid-level: Includes a 2nd king master suite with ocean views, a private bath with a separate shower and tub, and a TV with a DVD player! There is also a king bedroom with a TV that shares a full hall bath with another bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds, a TV, and a VCR! Still another bedroom will have a king and 1 will have a bunk bed.

The game room can be found on the ground level where many family memories will be made shooting pool, playing foosball, watching TV, or just enjoying drinks (from the mini-fridge) in the sitting area!
