About this property

" Beary Cozy Cabin "

Surrounded by trees, Beary Cozy is as restful and relaxing as its name suggests. Relax inside and find there’s plenty of adventure just beyond the 1-bedroom cabin’s doorstep: The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and downtown Gatlinburg are among the attractions just minutes away.
Kick back on the front porch rocking chairs, listen to birds singing as the crisp mountain breeze murmurs through the trees, and then you will understand how this A-frame log cabin got its name. It is impossible to feel anything but at ease when you’re sitting out here—let alone when you’re soaking in the hot tub on the deck. At night, as whip-poor-wills and crickets sing their lullabies in the moonlight, a soak in the mountain fresh air is a truly magical experience—and a moment you’ll remember long after you’ve returned home.
Beary Cozy’s interior offers more laid-back comforts. Stretch out on the generously cushioned sofa or gather together with the gang to watch a movie on the flat screen HDTV. In summer, ceiling fans will cool you off after a long hike in the mountains, while in winter you’ll love sitting by the gas fireplace when you return from a day on the slopes. If you have overnight guests or are vacationing with the kids, open up the sofa into a bed for 2, and voilà! Instant 2nd bedroom. Since this cabin is so close to downtown Gatlinburg, you’ll have a wealth of restaurants to choose from. Although, after a day on the go it can be more of a treat to eat in; that way you can enjoy an extra glass of wine after dinner without worrying who’s driving. Beary Cozy’s log-style dining table seats 4 and the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, cookware, gadgets, and tableware you could possibly need. There’s also a charcoal bbq grill by the porch, should you have a hankering for barbecue.
Thanks to the kitchen’s dishwasher, cleanup will be a snap. But if you don’t want to even bother with loading the dishwasher, why not head upstairs for a game of pool, with the loser having to pull KP duty? Just don’t let the views from the window put you off your game!
The master suite on the main floor is so inviting, you may find yourself making excuses to turn in early. That king-size bed is beyond sumptuous! What’s more, there’s a jetted tub as well as a shower in the bath area. Take a break for self-care with a long soak—from a day of biking, fishing, or white-water rafting, your muscles deserve it!—then nestle between the covers and watch a favorite program on the flat-screen TV or catch up on emails (the cabin has free WiFi) before drifting off to sleep.
Since Beary Cozy is located in Black Bear Falls Resort, when you stay you can take advantage of the resort’s heated swimming pools, one of which is for kids, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There’s also a poolside lounge area and a clubhouse with free WiFi.
There’s plenty more to do just minutes away. As well as restaurants, downtown Gatlinburg is home to an aquarium, mini golf, the Guinness World Records Museum, and loads of other attractions. Just a few minutes down the road is Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park and Ski Area, where you can ski, snowboard, ice skate year-round, and more. No visit to the area is complete without exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park—it is the country’s most popular national park for a reason! When you stay at Beary Cozy you can rest assured that you’re going to enjoy one of your best getaways yet. So book your reservation, and start counting down the days!
Black Bear Falls Resort is one of Gatlinburg's Premier Log Home Resort Communities, and is nestled on over 43 acres of towering native trees, beautiful ridges, natural springs and streams. All of the homes located in Black Bear Falls are privately owned and are True Log Cabins. Each is located in a natural mountain setting that really gives one the feeling of being "away from it all" while still having all the comforts of home.

Beary Cozy Cabin
overall the property was great. Excellent Location. The hot tun was difficult to turn the temp down and the jets do not work well at all. The fireplace was not working, contacted the host and was told someone would come but never did. Dishwasher had standing water in it and did not work. Overall liked the property and would stay again.

Dirty and Nothing Works
The location is great and the cabin has potential, unfortunately during our stay the cabin was filthy, dirty linens in the whirlpool tub, the bed wasn’t made, dishwasher broken, air conditioner didn’t work, tv in bedroom didn’t work, tv remotes missing batteries, and most of the towel holders/ toilet tissue holders are broken or missing. Reguardless of all that, we had a blast in Gatlinburg but the cabin was a big let down. Tried emailing and calling, no response. Lesson learned.

Overall Beary Nice
My husband and I enjoyed the cabin and its location. The area was quiet and peaceful. The cabin was as described. The only issues we had was the bedroom tv would t work, the bed definitely needs to be updated (woke up with sore backs), and the dishwasher was full of stagnant water. I thought I was smelling the drains from the kitchen sink until I went to load the dishes we used, and noticed the water. You obviously tell it had been there a while, actually made my husband gag. Other than these 3 issues we would recommend this cabin and would love to book again in the future.

Great little cabin. Hot tub didn't work. Fireplace didn't work. Called for repair no one came. Chose this cabin for romantic getaway with fire place and hot tub. Really should be refunded my money.
