This modern, spacious, new two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is situated in a quiet residential area on the upper floor of a block of 4 apartments in the south of the island, 4 miles from the airport and 7 miles from Bridgetown. It is ideally suited to those who desire a home away from home holiday or wish to work remotely in a safe environment. Popular south coast beaches are within walking distance. 18 hole golf course, supermarket, bank, restaurants and live night time entertainment are all minutes away by car.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 2 has one single bed and a double bed and is adjacent to a second bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The dining room has seating for six and the living room seating includes a 3 seater sofa bed. There is a ceiling fan in the living room. Televisions and phones are in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 16 cu. Ft. fridge, 30" stove with oven, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.

There is a laundry in the unit with washer, dryer, laundry sink, iron and ironing board. A spacious patio/balcony provides an ideal ambience for semi-outdoor dining and lounging as you enjoy the tropical sunsets from your Caribbean home.

A complimentary basket of food and beverage items is provided on your arrival.

Best value in Barbados

Tracked this apartment rental for a few years before actually reserving my ten days in beautiful Barbados. Always wanted to stay on this part of the island. The apartment is in Atlantic Shores which is a quiet and very pleasant area to live as well as walk around. There are local restaurants close by and the airport is only a twenty minute drive. The owner is easy going, attentive and readily responds to calls for advice and information. I have stayed here twice and would easily reserve again. You can negotiate transportation in taxis but a vehicle rental would be preferable. There is free parking in front of apartment. Thanks for a great time Mrs. Leacock. See you soon. Reginald

Cozy but not for everyone.

This apartment is located on the second floor. It had all the amenities of home including washer and dryer. Nice sleeper sofa in the living room. Two twins and a queen in the other. It was very comfortable. Except for the heat in the living room area definitely need a floor fan. It had a ceiling fan that did absolutely nothing. We opened the doors. We stayed a month. No cross breeze. You would think that being so close to the ocean. You need a curtain at the front door and bathroom window in the master bath. If you are tall you would think someone can see you. Excellent location for surfers and the Miami Beach is walking distance. The dogs across the street was relentless. They barked all day and night, everyday. Ms. Beth has no control over that. But if you are not home well it doesn’t matter. She was a wonderful host and very concerned. She added drinks in the refrigerator and soap and disinfectant in the home. I stripped the beds to be washed. Something simple. Dining for six was perfect. I absolutely enjoyed myself except for the minor things that need to be added. The mosquitoes and flies come in no screens on the doors. But it didn’t seem to bother the other guest. I had my 4 children but they are well mannered coming from a military family and pretty quite. But if you have loud and unruly children don’t do it. Because you will disturb the elderly people around you. Very mature and quite people. Definitely not a party house or loud gatherings. Get a car most def. bring some type of blanket if you get cold at night from the air conditioner. We had our own parking spot as well. Every night. That was nice. The air didn’t work she fixed it immediately. The cable did not Work. She fixed it immediately. They have something here in some places where the tiles pop up due to pressure. It happened towards the end of my stay but immediately she will get a repair man. One thing I can say Ms. Elizabeth doesn’t hesitate she repairs things in her place immediately. Very clean place. This was our first time in Barbados. I’m only sad because everyone had to be quarantined for 2 weeks despite your Negative 72 hour COVID test. Bajan and non Bajan people. So be prepared to loose two weeks of your booking. I paid for 9 days I didn’t get to use with VRBO because of quarantine with the mandatory quarantine. Do not buy the Covid protection because you will not be compensated with a refund nor extra days to stay. So if you are coming through VRBO be prepared.

The owner, Betty was wonderful and nice. The place was everything that was advertised and more. The place was very clean and roomy and also walking distance from the beach. I would visit this place again

This is a very spacious apartment with a lovely big balcony. It's basic but clean and great for a large group or family as it can easily sleep 6. There is a ocean view at the front of the apartment and it's a short walk to the waters edge which is great for surfing but not swimming. Due to the location not being served by public transport you must either love walking or consider hiring a car. The walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. This aside we loved the location as it was quiet but only a very short drive from Oistins and Miami beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved it! It was in a great location for us - walking distance to Oistins and our favourite beach. The video tour was really helpful for us, as it allowed us to see exactly what we were getting. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Elisabeth was very helpful, bringing us extra towels and leaving a little welcome basket for our arrival. We were even able to rent a car from her, which was great for touring the island. We would definitely recommend this property, and will likely come back in a couple of years.

Home from Home.....

The description of this apartement was very accurate, we couldn't have asked for more..the photographs were just as it was,and the property was spotless and was very well maintained. the owner was extremely helpful, and had even got us some supplies for our arrival .i would most definately recommend this appartement to friends and family.

4 Leover

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at this clean well maintained unit. It was on the top floor of a 2 story new building with a constant breeze and a good view of the sea. There was 7 in our party including a two year old, with ample room for all. Clean linnen & towels were provided. A well equiped kitchen. Miami beach a popular very save beach was a 20 minute easy walk which we did several times. Oistens a fishing village is close by for shopping and entertainment. Our grown kids took advantage of the night life. The grocery store provided noon take out which we took advantage We chose to have a vehicle to ensure we could travel the island. The owner was helpful and easy to reach. We plan on booking for next year. John and Anne Mississauga Canada
