Great apartment

Marsha is a very kind and supportive host. All in all everything was quite uncomplicated and relaxed. We didn't rent a car, instead we always walked down to the beach, which isn't for everybody i guess. There aren't necessarily pavements which is a bit dangerous. However the apartment has everything that one needs. There is Air condition and moskito screens which was very important for us. :)

Excellent hosts but the unit had issues

Marsha and Nicolas were very good hosts. Whenever we sent a message or had a problem, they were quick to respond and do their best to resolve the issue. When the AC broke they had someone in to fix it the next day; when the fridge was leaking, they replaced it quickly; when the bathroom sink was leaking, they had a plumber come to fix it within a day. I just wish we had fewer issues in the first place. The main problems were things beyond what the hosts could fix. The property is not where the VRBO posting shows on the map, but you can search for it on Google Maps to find the accurate location. There are loud dogs on either side and across the street that can be heard barking throughout the day and late at night. For the same price, we could have rented a place with fewer issues, in a quieter neighbourhood that was in a better location. Therefore, we probably wouldn't rent again.
