WS Turtle is a stylish apartment in Windsock Beach Apartments in Belnem. You’ll enjoy a tropical setting with mature greenery, a shared pool, and a balcony with partial ocean views. Bachelor’s Beach is just a short walk away, as are several popular dive sites along the south coast. It’s a great base for beach lovers and active travelers who want to explore Bonaire.

WS Turtle is a spacious apartment in the Belnem neighborhood, located in the Windsock Beach Apartments complex. From the balcony you have partial ocean views and with approximately 120 m² of living space there is plenty of room to relax. Van den Tweel supermarket is 4.1 kilometers away, Bachelor’s Beach 250 meters, restaurant Ocean Oasis 2 kilometers and dive center Dive Friends Port Bonaire 1.3 kilometers. The apartment is on the second floor and guests have access to the communal outdoor pool on the pool deck.

As a guest of WS Turtle you have access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the open kitchen, the living room and the balcony. You can also use the shared garden and pool deck with the outdoor swimming pool within the Windsock Beach Apartments complex. Parking is free on the premises. To warmly welcome our guests and to provide information about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we handle all arrivals in person. The Sunwise hosts of the apartment will arrange a meeting time with you for your arrival.

South of the center and towards the salt pans lies one of Bonaire’s best-known residential and vacation areas, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Belnem has grown into an umbrella name for upscale sub-neighborhoods like La Palma, Sabal Palm, Lima, Punt Vierkant and Playa Esmeralda. Here you are close to popular south-coast beaches such as Bachelor’s Beach and iconic dive sites, ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. It’s a quiet residential area with quick routes to the airport and downtown Kralendijk.

WS Turtle in Belnem is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings. With your own car you can reach remote snorkel spots, south-coast beaches and local restaurants all over the island at your own pace. We recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere you want to go. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas such as Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The park’s roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, and there is no public transport and only a limited number of taxis, especially on busy cruise days.

Check-in at WS Turtle is from 3PM, and check-out is by 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, depending on other guests’ arrival and departure times. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations, and we kindly ask you to keep noise down in the evenings. Enjoy your stay at WS Turtle!
