First floor, enter right from the street, whole house for you only.
NOTHING TO SHARE
Kitchen and bath almost new.
In the Northeast center/metropolitan life without the hustle of San Juan.
Our home is walking distance to malls as well of the city’s center, museums, downtown and nightlife.
All kind of restaurants and fast foods around us...For example, Freshmart whole food, Chinese restaurant, Mario’s pizza, Bakery-Deli-lunch rest. and a Subway rest. only minutes walking in good neighborhood.
Public transportation, two blocks away which gets you to the main bus terminal to other cities also.
Including metropolitan area and hotels in San Juan, our capital.
We are a 25 minutes ride to beaches at the East and 30 minutes ride to the ones at the North.
We have in Caguas;2 The Sheraton Four Points Hotel and Casino with music for dancing on weekends.
Safe, good ambiance.

museums. Municipal free inside the city and near surroundings stops at a 3 minute walk stop.

Republic, Barbados, Martinique, St. Thomas, all Virgin Islands, Barcelona, Madrid, Toledo, Paris, Florence, Tuscany, Rome and of course Orlando and the Happiest place on Earth, our favorite, Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center.(6 times).

Why they chose this property

My home is in the part of the city of Caguas. This means that we are near the biggest commercial area. Malls, multinational stores, wholesalers, fast foods and restaurants of all kinds and prices. Ten minutes walk to Downtown Caguas.
Our development is 5 minutes from a speedway to the East and toll highway to the North and South.
We decided to buy because of it’s location!!!!
And we are not going anywhere else.

What makes this property unique

A short ride to take the speedways and tolls highways to North, South, East and West of the island.
Beaches and points of interest 25 minutes ride from us.
My development has six exits for a real fast displacing to the North, East, West and South, each one with its own enchantment.. There are hospital and doctors minutes from the house, as well as the city’s center and downtown life, all of which made it very atractive for our familiy life.
All my guest love the location for it’s facility for anything they want to do, meaning, commercial, professional, familiar, governmental or tourist activities.
